GBI had an issue with my Customizer… I had an issue with my Customizer engraving pen. Reached out to customer support and even though I was outside of my warranty I was promptly issued a replacement. Great company, great customer service! Thank you Culiau!

SGCustomizer Professional Engraving Pen I received my orders including Customizer Professional Engraving Pen with 30 Bits Free and 5pieces Mini Saw on 29 June with the packaging intact! Suggest for the saw bits(packaged in a small ziplock bag) could be taped to the box in case we throw them away by mistake😐 I'm a little confused.. the manual and the actual engraving pen are different. It's not Full Copper Chuck as shown in the manual, there's no Allen Grub Screw, Hex Key, or Extra Allen Grub Screw🤔 Changing to a mini saw will definitely pose a safety issue as the mini saw will go flying!! Please advise..

IEArrived promptly and with all the… Arrived promptly and with all the extras I had ordered BUT I charged it up TO FULL and worked with it testing out different surfaces Plastic, paper, rubber for about 10 mins total, then the battery ran out. If the pen cannot hold a charge for more than 10 minutes of very light use then its no use to me. I have to say I'm very disappointed.

GBAwesome experience I received my items in a timely manner. Upon arrival everything was packaged well and extremely presentable. I've never done any kind of wood burning or engraving however as a crafty person I was interested in trying. Within the first 15 minutes I realized how easy it was to use, the ability to switch out different parts with no issues and the joy that comes with the experience
