I'm pretty underwhelmed. I'm pretty underwhelmed. The pen is fine, however not really as powerful as the ads make it seem, and though the battery might last for about 2 hours, the pen loses significant power about 40 minutes in and then it takes forever for it to charge. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. One of the bits I received was dull, it has no texture at all so obviously it doesn't work, also there were missing a hex key and carbide burr from the box. I got no response when I contacted them through their website, it took several days before I got a response when I contacted them through their facebook, and by then I had finally found their e-mail address. The woman I then spoke with told me the bit wasn't suitable for wood, which was false, I called her out and she then apologised and said that she had then checked in with the product team. Why she didn't ask the product team before providing me with misinformation, makes it seem to me like she just wanted to make me stop complaining and/or that she doesn't even know the product. Even though I had sent videos and pictures of the bit she just dismissed it as being because of the surfaced I used it on. By then I gave up trying to get help as she clearly didn't care nor listened to me.

Customizer Professional Engraving Pen I received my orders including Customizer Professional Engraving Pen with 30 Bits Free and 5pieces Mini Saw on 29 June with the packaging intact! Suggest for the saw bits(packaged in a small ziplock bag) could be taped to the box in case we throw them away by mistake😐 I'm a little confused.. the manual and the actual engraving pen are different. It's not Full Copper Chuck as shown in the manual, there's no Allen Grub Screw, Hex Key, or Extra Allen Grub Screw🤔 Changing to a mini saw will definitely pose a safety issue as the mini saw will go flying!! Please advise..

I purchased (2) engraving pens for… I purchased (2) engraving pens for crafting and misc. then we noticed that one of the two devices would not power on. So after more than the 60 days past the purchase date had passed but Culiau rep notified me that they would replace the device free of charge. Customer service is something the public deals with daily throughout their lives and this is one of the top experiences i have ever had. I am and will be a customer for life.... Thanks again, JG

Ive been using the customizer for wax… Ive been using the customizer for wax carving and it works great for small details and for carving in places where I cant plug in a dremel or flexshaft. I would definitely recommend using if you are getting started in carving. My only complaint is I wish it had a little bit more torque for doing deeper cuts a little faster, but other then that it works fantastic.

Not worth it 1- The promotional videos don't clearly specify that most of the bits shown in action (like the mini angle-grinder for stones) are sold separately. No disclaimer shown on that. 2- The extra bit set was nearly as expensive as the pen itself. 3- The extra bit set looked like it came from AliExpress. The same cheap bubble-wrap bag, no branding visible anywhere, the address sticker telling me it came from Shanghai. 4- Bad quality. After only a few days of use, the bits became rusty. 5- The batery only lasts for a few minutes. 6- After complaining to the customer service about all the above, they gave me a refund... of €8,33! That didn't even cover the shipping costs. UPDATE: After this review, they did offer me a full refund, and for that reason I'm now raising my review to 2 stars. My experience with the Customer Service team was positive, with quick replies and empathy from their part. However, if the product itself is subpar, Customer Service alone is not enough to make Culiau stand on its two feet.
