GBI purchased (2) engraving pens for… I purchased (2) engraving pens for crafting and misc. then we noticed that one of the two devices would not power on. So after more than the 60 days past the purchase date had passed but Culiau rep notified me that they would replace the device free of charge. Customer service is something the public deals with daily throughout their lives and this is one of the top experiences i have ever had. I am and will be a customer for life.... Thanks again, JG

CAIve been using the customizer for wax… Ive been using the customizer for wax carving and it works great for small details and for carving in places where I cant plug in a dremel or flexshaft. I would definitely recommend using if you are getting started in carving. My only complaint is I wish it had a little bit more torque for doing deeper cuts a little faster, but other then that it works fantastic.

IENot worth it 1- The promotional videos don't clearly specify that most of the bits shown in action (like the mini angle-grinder for stones) are sold separately. No disclaimer shown on that. 2- The extra bit set was nearly as expensive as the pen itself. 3- The extra bit set looked like it came from AliExpress. The same cheap bubble-wrap bag, no branding visible anywhere, the address sticker telling me it came from Shanghai. 4- Bad quality. After only a few days of use, the bits became rusty. 5- The batery only lasts for a few minutes. 6- After complaining to the customer service about all the above, they gave me a refund... of €8,33! That didn't even cover the shipping costs. UPDATE: After this review, they did offer me a full refund, and for that reason I'm now raising my review to 2 stars. My experience with the Customer Service team was positive, with quick replies and empathy from their part. However, if the product itself is subpar, Customer Service alone is not enough to make Culiau stand on its two feet.

GBI am beyond measure satisfied with the… I am beyond measure satisfied with the treatment I received from Carla, when I first ordered my Engraver I was not able to begin using it right away, finally my schedule settled down and I had time to return to the stuff I love to do "create art" I opened my Engraver and it didn't turn on😕, so I charged it overnight and still nothing. I then followed the instructions on how to contact and connected with Carla😁she is so professional and kind that I am now holding my "New Replacement"🤩I truly am sharing my experience with friends and family. Thanks again Carla. P.s. please give her 5stars.

IEArrived promptly and with all the… Arrived promptly and with all the extras I had ordered BUT I charged it up TO FULL and worked with it testing out different surfaces Plastic, paper, rubber for about 10 mins total, then the battery ran out. If the pen cannot hold a charge for more than 10 minutes of very light use then its no use to me. I have to say I'm very disappointed.
