Awesome experience I received my items in a timely manner. Upon arrival everything was packaged well and extremely presentable. I've never done any kind of wood burning or engraving however as a crafty person I was interested in trying. Within the first 15 minutes I realized how easy it was to use, the ability to switch out different parts with no issues and the joy that comes with the experience

Magic pen I have been using my engraver for some time now,date l got it, I can't remember, but I love being able to glide through glass as if it is paper, now I have extra engraving bits, I can't put it down, love it.customer service is also great.Thank you.

Never received my order I ordered 2 complete sets on Dec 4 as Xmas gifts for two family members. It’s now the 28th and there’s still no sign of them… Even if the problem is with the local post office, the firm should have been aware of that possibility (since the USPS has been very publicly struggling for at least 2 years).

A really good tool and an absolutely phenomenal company The tool was easy to use. The bits that they supplied were wonderful. I love the tool but what I love even more is when I had a problem with it I dealt with real people who rectified my concern to my complete satisfaction. If you're a hobbyist and looking for a engraving tool like this, this is where to go. It's a great little tool and a great company with excellent customer service.

Really great support and customer service Purchased portable engraving pen. Product was defective as some of LEDs where missing on PCB. After explaining the issue I was given second item which had exactly same flaw. In overall I received third item, which was a bit better model, still having imperfections, yet in price of one I have now three. Never had such experience with customer support. Mostly it would be replacing item or send for repairs.
