GBI sent pictures for my garage door… I sent pictures for my garage door grills. They sent the wrong ones. They sent replacements, 4 were correct 2 were not. Now they won’t return my emails or send the correct parts. Irritating

GBOrder was processed very quickly Order was processed very quickly. Delivery was delayed by UPS but this was during holidays and didn’t bother me. Springs were as ordered, fit perfectly and are working good so far. I will definitely use this supplier again.

GBmagnets are very weak for neodymium magnets are very weak for neodymium. Almost daily I have to readjust my magnetic garage door handles. there is absolutely no effort, either, to remove them. very disappointed. They will be coming down. 4

Their representative (Larry) was very helpful and professional in insuring the accuracy of my order and confirmed delivery date Springs arrived via UPS first thing Monday morning 8/10/20.
