My experience was great I read the other reviews but had no issues at all with my order and overall a very positive experience with Moving Up. I ordered a pair of torsion springs and they were shipped same day and delivered to me the next. I had also contact them via email to ask about correct tensioning as I ordered oversize springs. They responded to the email the next day as well. I cant speak for the experiences of others but I will say I had a good experience and will contact them again the next time I need any parts.

Their representative (Larry) was very helpful and professional in insuring the accuracy of my order and confirmed delivery date Springs arrived via UPS first thing Monday morning 8/10/20. Aug 04 AVOID THIS COMPANY Aug 04, 2020 AVOID THIS COMPANY: Placed an online order on JuLy 23rd (Sunday) at 10:55A CDT. At 1:07p received email “Your Order has been Shipped” with USPS First Class mail “on 7/24/202” with tracking number. On Aug 4th product not received. Called Moving Up GDC at 877.379.4947 to check order. Male voice informed me they are waiting for manufacturer to apparently backfill the product! Upon which I say, but wait, you sent me email confirmation that order shipped on July 24th. What’s wrong with this picture? Apparently not a thing as his reply was it’s the software ...”that’s just the way it is”. This comment was made in all sincerity as he repeated back to me when I expressed indignation. Unbelievable! How do they stay in business with such incompetence. Order cancelled.

The personnel engaged in this company are very friendly and perform their task so calmly that the customer thought that they were their family member.Their supplied goods are also well known for their best quality. So I recommended others to visit it and have their warm welcome.

Product Flawed The garage door weather seal set I bought for the one-car garage was 1/2 inch wider than the set I got for the 2-car garage. The narrower side strips did not fold outward enough for the door to come down behind them. The seal ended up on the inside of the door, totally useless. My installers spent several additional hours creating a backing strip to fasten behind the seal strips to force them outward. Consequently, I incurred additional installation costs. The company has a quality control issue with this product.
