GBAug 04 AVOID THIS COMPANY Aug 04, 2020 AVOID THIS COMPANY: Placed an online order on JuLy 23rd (Sunday) at 10:55A CDT. At 1:07p received email “Your Order has been Shipped” with USPS First Class mail “on 7/24/202” with tracking number. On Aug 4th product not received. Called Moving Up GDC at 877.379.4947 to check order. Male voice informed me they are waiting for manufacturer to apparently backfill the product! Upon which I say, but wait, you sent me email confirmation that order shipped on July 24th. What’s wrong with this picture? Apparently not a thing as his reply was it’s the software ...”that’s just the way it is”. This comment was made in all sincerity as he repeated back to me when I expressed indignation. Unbelievable! How do they stay in business with such incompetence. Order cancelled.

GBmagnets are very weak for neodymium magnets are very weak for neodymium. Almost daily I have to readjust my magnetic garage door handles. there is absolutely no effort, either, to remove them. very disappointed. They will be coming down. 4

GBI order a part for a garage door opener… I order a part for a garage door opener , after a week and half I hadn't received the part ,so I called the company and left a message that I hadn't received the part. The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.

GBOrdered new torsion springs on-line… Ordered new torsion springs on-line Thursday 8/6/20. Their representative (Larry) was very helpful and professional in insuring the accuracy of my order and confirmed delivery date Springs arrived via UPS first thing Monday morning 8/10/20.
