magnets are very weak for neodymium magnets are very weak for neodymium. Almost daily I have to readjust my magnetic garage door handles. there is absolutely no effort, either, to remove them. very disappointed. They will be coming down. 4

I order a part for a garage door opener… I order a part for a garage door opener , after a week and half I hadn't received the part ,so I called the company and left a message that I hadn't received the part. The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.

My experience was great I read the other reviews but had no issues at all with my order and overall a very positive experience with Moving Up. I ordered a pair of torsion springs and they were shipped same day and delivered to me the next. I had also contact them via email to ask about correct tensioning as I ordered oversize springs. They responded to the email the next day as well. I cant speak for the experiences of others but I will say I had a good experience and will contact them again the next time I need any parts.

Current I called Moving up 3 times, talked to no one, left message and no reply. I have also sent 3 emails, the only reply I get is this automatic Survey. Mistakes happen, I would not use them because there is "No Reply At All".
