Ordered 3 Genie Opener extensions Ordered 3 Genie Opener extensions, Paid for 3 and received only 1. UPS delivered package marked 1 of 1. Current I called Moving up 3 times, talked to no one, left message and no reply. I have also sent 3 emails, the only reply I get is this automatic Survey. Mistakes happen, I would not use them because there is "No Reply At All".

magnets are very weak for neodymium magnets are very weak for neodymium. Almost daily I have to readjust my magnetic garage door handles. there is absolutely no effort, either, to remove them. very disappointed. They will be coming down. 4

My experience was great I read the other reviews but had no issues at all with my order and overall a very positive experience with Moving Up. I ordered a pair of torsion springs and they were shipped same day and delivered to me the next. I had also contact them via email to ask about correct tensioning as I ordered oversize springs. They responded to the email the next day as well. I cant speak for the experiences of others but I will say I had a good experience and will contact them again the next time I need any parts.

Product Flawed The garage door weather seal set I bought for the one-car garage was 1/2 inch wider than the set I got for the 2-car garage. The narrower side strips did not fold outward enough for the door to come down behind them. The seal ended up on the inside of the door, totally useless. My installers spent several additional hours creating a backing strip to fasten behind the seal strips to force them outward. Consequently, I incurred additional installation costs. The company has a quality control issue with this product.
