Aug 04 AVOID THIS COMPANY Aug 04, 2020 AVOID THIS COMPANY: Placed an online order on JuLy 23rd (Sunday) at 10:55A CDT. At 1:07p received email “Your Order has been Shipped” with USPS First Class mail “on 7/24/202” with tracking number. On Aug 4th product not received. Called Moving Up GDC at 877.379.4947 to check order. Male voice informed me they are waiting for manufacturer to apparently backfill the product! Upon which I say, but wait, you sent me email confirmation that order shipped on July 24th. What’s wrong with this picture? Apparently not a thing as his reply was it’s the software ...”that’s just the way it is”. This comment was made in all sincerity as he repeated back to me when I expressed indignation. Unbelievable! How do they stay in business with such incompetence. Order cancelled.

I sent pictures for my garage door… I sent pictures for my garage door grills. They sent the wrong ones. They sent replacements, 4 were correct 2 were not. Now they won’t return my emails or send the correct parts. Irritating

My experience was great I read the other reviews but had no issues at all with my order and overall a very positive experience with Moving Up. I ordered a pair of torsion springs and they were shipped same day and delivered to me the next. I had also contact them via email to ask about correct tensioning as I ordered oversize springs. They responded to the email the next day as well. I cant speak for the experiences of others but I will say I had a good experience and will contact them again the next time I need any parts.

I order a part for a garage door opener… I order a part for a garage door opener , after a week and half I hadn't received the part ,so I called the company and left a message that I hadn't received the part. The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.

BEWARE.. BEWARE... I'm not sure if this company just has bad organization or if they are crooks.... I ordered garage springs from them and received an email saying that my order had been shipped. I few days later I discovered a voice message saying they did not have spring size that I ordered and they would not be shipping until I contacted them. At this point, I was annoyed because the email lead me to believe that my order should have arrived, so I called to cancel the order since it hadn't been shipped yet. The guy on the phone confirmed the cancellation and said I would receive a refund. After multiple emails, I am having to escalate the process through paypal. Hopefully they can help me get my money back.
