The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.

Current I called Moving up 3 times, talked to no one, left message and no reply. I have also sent 3 emails, the only reply I get is this automatic Survey. Mistakes happen, I would not use them because there is "No Reply At All".
