USI order a part for a garage door opener… I order a part for a garage door opener , after a week and half I hadn't received the part ,so I called the company and left a message that I hadn't received the part. The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.

USOrder was processed very quickly Order was processed very quickly. Delivery was delayed by UPS but this was during holidays and didn’t bother me. Springs were as ordered, fit perfectly and are working good so far. I will definitely use this supplier again.

USReceived my merchandise on a timely… Received my merchandise on a timely basis, however when I emailed them with questions prior to ordering I got absolutely no response. Still haven't rec'd a response! I went ahead and took a chance and ordered anyway and merchandise worked.

USGood heavy duty springs Good heavy duty springs. I paid for the upsize Springs for more operation and it takes less spring turns for the tension on the larger springs , which I would liked to had the instructions on how many turns but other than that ,they’re very good springs and had all the parts that I needed thank you.
