Turns out it's the same as a Genie 38416A.S 14-Tooth Belt Sprocket. Moving Up saved me at least $7 on shipping, and yet sent it to me promptly for my successful repair. Received my merchandise on a timely… Received my merchandise on a timely basis, however when I emailed them with questions prior to ordering I got absolutely no response. Still haven't rec'd a response! I went ahead and took a chance and ordered anyway and merchandise worked.

My experience was great I read the other reviews but had no issues at all with my order and overall a very positive experience with Moving Up. I ordered a pair of torsion springs and they were shipped same day and delivered to me the next. I had also contact them via email to ask about correct tensioning as I ordered oversize springs. They responded to the email the next day as well. I cant speak for the experiences of others but I will say I had a good experience and will contact them again the next time I need any parts.
