Confusing website, Nurse Practitnr was not very nice The website is a little confusing, and after my first refill, I'm not sure if my scrip was increased or not. Will wait to see what I recv in the mail. Although my NP provided me with the necessary information, she was not kind in her delivery. She was quite matter of fact, and I did not feel comfortable asking any addtl questions..... will reach out to those on TikTok for further useful info. Would prefer a change in my NP to see if someone else would be a bit nicer, but don't feel comfortable asking for the change, bc I'm at their mercy.

Customer Service My experience with Fridays has been great overall. Customer Service has been amazing they return email within hours. My provider appointment not so much. She was late, unable to hear during the visit. Didn't really explain the process I had to get that information from CS. Refill experience ! hopefully it gets better ! I don't think it's the process just think the provider didn't do her follow up. I just wish the membership was cheaper But I am glad I got to start this journey.

My experience with JoinFridays has been… My experience with JoinFridays has been pretty great. My provider is very nice, informative, and caring. The only negative experience that I have had was with the customer support team in regards to me asking them about a compound pharmacy, they kinda just blew off my question/concern and wanted me to just pay my invoice. Luckily I was able to get the information I needed and could verify the compounding pharmacy.

I highly recommend Fridays I was skeptical at first. It's always scary signing up for a program online. But from the prompt response and initial teledoc visit,to the fast delivery of my meds, I couldn't be more impressed. The rates are fantastic, the compounded semaglutide has worked like I hoped,and the constant emails and feedback from my team have been helpful. I am glad I took a chance from a company I hadn't heard much about.
