Fridays is AMAZING My first was 4/25 and I had Dr. Jansen. He was nothing short of phenomenal. The thing that made me most happy was the fact that he is also practicing functional medicine and well versed in homeopathic/holistic remedies rather than just tossing pharmaceuticals at you. He takes his time and really listens to you and is very thorough. The entire Fridays platform itself is nothing short of amazing and I'm so glad to have found it. EXCELLENT customer service and big shout out to Sina who always works very diligently to ensure everyone is satisfied with their experience and if there is an issue, he will make things right with haste.

Confusing website, Nurse Practitnr was not very nice The website is a little confusing, and after my first refill, I'm not sure if my scrip was increased or not. Will wait to see what I recv in the mail. Although my NP provided me with the necessary information, she was not kind in her delivery. She was quite matter of fact, and I did not feel comfortable asking any addtl questions..... will reach out to those on TikTok for further useful info. Would prefer a change in my NP to see if someone else would be a bit nicer, but don't feel comfortable asking for the change, bc I'm at their mercy.

Quality care from experts in GLP1's The feeling of genuine care I experience from Sun Zoe Bennett, NP has made my experience wonderful. She is always prepared to ask pertinant questions directly related to me and my care. She works with me to establish a plan for the month as well as long term goals moving forward. I appreciate her honest professional opinion based upon her specialty in the use of GLP1's. I feel blessed to have found Friday's Health.

ABOVE & BEYOND 💓💓💓💓 Being able to talk and communicate directly with ambassadors live via tiktok. Hearing from real people who have been on these meds. Mr. Friday's himself being able to ask direct questions with real answers. Customer support is top-notch they respond so quickly and resolve issues almost immediately. My experience with JoinFridays has been… My experience with JoinFridays has been pretty great. My provider is very nice, informative, and caring. The only negative experience that I have had was with the customer support team in regards to me asking them about a compound pharmacy, they kinda just blew off my question/concern and wanted me to just pay my invoice. Luckily I was able to get the information I needed and could verify the compounding pharmacy.
