USMy experience with JoinFridays has been… My experience with JoinFridays has been pretty great. My provider is very nice, informative, and caring. The only negative experience that I have had was with the customer support team in regards to me asking them about a compound pharmacy, they kinda just blew off my question/concern and wanted me to just pay my invoice. Luckily I was able to get the information I needed and could verify the compounding pharmacy.

USA telehealth company that cares Join Fridays has been great so far. They are very responsive to any questions you may have and I was able to make an appointment very quickly! The NP that I saw during my telehealth visit was thorough and answered all my questions. I received my first shipment of meds 5 days after the visit and I can already feel appetite suppression and a decrease in food noise. I’m so excited to be starting this weight loss journey and I feel safe knowing I have a medical team to check in with along the way. Very happy with my experience so far, highly recommend!

USFollow up/asynchronous I had a follow up appointment and was unable to connect with the provider. Before said video call I tried to set up the asynchronous route but it was not allowing me to do so...so now I gotta be out a week of medication because of these issues. Other than that, response times with emails are great.

USPrescription Refill Headache Prescription Refill Review is such a headache every time. The providers who conduct these quick refills do not read the intake form notes for updates in information or pharmacies. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and each time, is missing the ICD-10 diagnosis code which is needed for it be filled using my insurance (which I wrote in the intake note as a reminder to include). I then would need to call in or email their support, which then forwards the concern to the particular prescriber. You cannot message the prescriber directly, so this takes time and delays the refill. The only time it was ever correct was from my inital consultation. I am hoping that the process will be come better over time.

USConfusing website, Nurse Practitnr was not very nice The website is a little confusing, and after my first refill, I'm not sure if my scrip was increased or not. Will wait to see what I recv in the mail. Although my NP provided me with the necessary information, she was not kind in her delivery. She was quite matter of fact, and I did not feel comfortable asking any addtl questions..... will reach out to those on TikTok for further useful info. Would prefer a change in my NP to see if someone else would be a bit nicer, but don't feel comfortable asking for the change, bc I'm at their mercy.
