Follow up/asynchronous I had a follow up appointment and was unable to connect with the provider. Before said video call I tried to set up the asynchronous route but it was not allowing me to do so...so now I gotta be out a week of medication because of these issues. Other than that, response times with emails are great.

Excellent support Excellent support. Amazing communications. All doses come with extremely complete educational instructions. They send you all the supplies for the month. Amazing community support. Helpful and timely seminars online. Doctor's appointments are thorough and do not feel rushed. I will be with Join Fridays until my weight loss journey is complete. Highly recommend. Also I spoke to the founder of the company for a half hour. He was incredible. How often does that happen? 10/10

She is always prepared to ask pertinant questions directly related to me and my care. She works with me to establish a plan for the month as well as long term goals moving forward. My experience with JoinFridays has been… My experience with JoinFridays has been pretty great. My provider is very nice, informative, and caring. The only negative experience that I have had was with the customer support team in regards to me asking them about a compound pharmacy, they kinda just blew off my question/concern and wanted me to just pay my invoice. Luckily I was able to get the information I needed and could verify the compounding pharmacy.
