She is always prepared to ask pertinant questions directly related to me and my care. She works with me to establish a plan for the month as well as long term goals moving forward. I appreciate her honest professional opinion based upon her specialty in the use of GLP1's. I feel blessed to have found Friday's Health.

Confusing website, Nurse Practitnr was not very nice The website is a little confusing, and after my first refill, I'm not sure if my scrip was increased or not. Will wait to see what I recv in the mail. Although my NP provided me with the necessary information, she was not kind in her delivery. She was quite matter of fact, and I did not feel comfortable asking any addtl questions..... will reach out to those on TikTok for further useful info. Would prefer a change in my NP to see if someone else would be a bit nicer, but don't feel comfortable asking for the change, bc I'm at their mercy.

I love my experience with Fridays… I love my experience with Fridays Health. I have video appointments with Dr Jensen once a month, he is thorough, friendly and efficient. I receive my medication within 5-7 business days right at my doorstep. Also, whenever I have any questions, I email the team and they get back with me within a few hours or at least by end of day. Would highly recommend Fridays

A breath of fresh air in the telehealth space! I began using the telehealth company Join Fridays in November 2023. It has been an incredibly positive experience. They have staffed their company with the most caring, hard working people in the field. It is refreshing to find a company who listens to the community and truly cares about their members. I never feel rushed when meeting with my provider, he listens and answers all my questions. Join Fridays holistic approach to my health journey has been the reason I refer my friends and family! The community support groups, nutrition, mindset coaching and movement coaching have been a huge part of my success. Fridays is a company that cares and truly a breath of fresh air in the telehealth space!

I am so grateful for Join Fridays I am so grateful for Join Fridays. I travel frequently and I have not had any problems getting my meds. I send customer service a message to change my shipping address, I use Async (new ordering option) and my meds arrive in a few days. Their Customer Service agents are very helpful and professional.
