A breath of fresh air in the telehealth space! I began using the telehealth company Join Fridays in November 2023. It has been an incredibly positive experience. They have staffed their company with the most caring, hard working people in the field. It is refreshing to find a company who listens to the community and truly cares about their members. I never feel rushed when meeting with my provider, he listens and answers all my questions. Join Fridays holistic approach to my health journey has been the reason I refer my friends and family! The community support groups, nutrition, mindset coaching and movement coaching have been a huge part of my success. Fridays is a company that cares and truly a breath of fresh air in the telehealth space!

Don't sleep on JoinFridays! Nothing but great things to say about JoinFridays! They go above and beyond with their customer service. They are always there when you need them and respond very quickly. After your initial video visit you can now renew by answering a few questions on a form, which is great when you don't have time for a video call. Very responsive! A+ As far as the membership fee is cheaper than another other company as well as the medication, which varies depending on your dose. Totally worth it in my opinion.

Follow up/asynchronous I had a follow up appointment and was unable to connect with the provider. Before said video call I tried to set up the asynchronous route but it was not allowing me to do so...so now I gotta be out a week of medication because of these issues. Other than that, response times with emails are great.

I liked the easy way of seeing my care… I liked the easy way of seeing my care provider. She seemed interested in what I had to say and listened to my answers. I felt the health interview was complete and thorough. All my questions were answered.
