Replacement Remote Our original remote buttons were made of rubber and in the summer heat melted. North Shore had a good choice of replacement remotes for Overhead and their prices were competitive. Received in good time and my husband likes his new remote. Also ordered a key pad entry that was easy to install and program. We like it for extra easy access.

Purchase of Multi-Code 3089 Remote Transmitters North Shore Commercial Door did an excellent job of filling my order. It filled and shipped my order very quickly. However, my problem was the postal service lost my shipment for some days and it took 11 days to ship from Ohio to California with 1st class mail!! North Shore (Tyler) was very helpful and he continued to work with postal personnel to locate my parcel.

No customer service Ordered 2 Pantheon Mini door controllers and immediately after installation one faults out every 10 minutes. i have to reset to get the door to operate . I moved the controller to the other door and it does the same thing. The 2nd unit works fine on either door . Messaged North Shore and got back a condescending one line response that read "I would contact the company." I did contact the company that I purchased it from but will never use North Shore again.

How is this company still in business How is this company still in business? Their customer service is wildly unhelpful and gives wrong information and then stops responding. I wish I'd looked up their reviews before I spent hours trying to get a simple answer to a question.
