However, my problem was the postal service lost my shipment for some days and it took 11 days to ship from Ohio to California with 1st class mail!! North Shore (Tyler) was very helpful and he continued to work with postal personnel to locate my parcel.

A good vendor. North Shore website was easy to use and helpful. I found what I wanted and the description was accurate and comprehensive. The price seemed reasonable and shipping was free and quick. Overall a positive experience. Only one complaint: the instructions for programming the remote garage door opener were poorly written and confusing. It took me quite a number of tries before I got it to work. Once that was done, though, it seems to be an excellent product.

No customer service Ordered 2 Pantheon Mini door controllers and immediately after installation one faults out every 10 minutes. i have to reset to get the door to operate . I moved the controller to the other door and it does the same thing. The 2nd unit works fine on either door . Messaged North Shore and got back a condescending one line response that read "I would contact the company." I did contact the company that I purchased it from but will never use North Shore again.
