Overall a positive experience. Only one complaint: the instructions for programming the remote garage door opener were poorly written and confusing. It took me quite a number of tries before I got it to work. Once that was done, though, it seems to be an excellent product.

However, my problem was the postal service lost my shipment for some days and it took 11 days to ship from Ohio to California with 1st class mail!! North Shore (Tyler) was very helpful and he continued to work with postal personnel to locate my parcel.
