GBAll perfect except for gauge It was very easy to select the correct garage door seal format from among alternatives. Pricing was fair. Delivery was quick. The only negative was that the seal was a lighter-gauge rubber than the deteriorated one that needed replacement. Another, otherwise identical door, had a heavier-gauge seal that still was 100% intact. North Shore should also offer the heavier gauge seal.

GBHow is this company still in business How is this company still in business? Their customer service is wildly unhelpful and gives wrong information and then stops responding. I wish I'd looked up their reviews before I spent hours trying to get a simple answer to a question.
