I place an order I place an order, only part of it was delivered. You need to find the locksets and key and have them overnighted to my project. I have submitted several emails with no response.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They refuse to support products they sell after one year. They are only concerned with the initial sale. They refused to supply a warranty part even though Liftmaster had pre-approved the replacement. You might save a few bucks initially but you are on your own after one year and you can forget warranty service! Go with a local dealer with integrity!

Great price and fast delivery Not able to repair a drum or find something at one of the box stores that would work. Found the part I needed on the North Shore website, and ordered a spare. Parts were delivered quicker than I anticipated using standard ground. Hopefully I'm set for another 5 years, but will use North Shore again if needing to make another repair on my door!
