No customer service This company has zero customer service!! Placed an order for several items and only got one of them on a Friday and am still waiting Monday afternoon for a response.

Terrible service Terrible service, item not recieved and customer service gives no help. I reached out so they can make it right and they charge me 20 more dollars to resend item out that I did not get. This place is a scam!! Do not use lookah, do not buy from them or you will be out money. Currently talking to BBB and my lawyer about a fraud case. Avoid at all cost!!!

And they want $50 for shipping? And they want $50 for shipping? 10 days and I still haven't gotten my order. No upadtes are given during shipment process so I only found that my order was being returned because I looked despite not being notified. Service email = No response Support email = No response And there is no phone number to call either. I love my dab pen, it is amazing at what it does for its price, but I will never be ordering anything directly from their website again.
