USOut of 10 products purchase 8 defective..even after return 6 out of 8 products that iv perchus from them have defected within a week.. the customer service is horrabal..and you pay to ship defectiv item back and forth .witch ran about 50 $. More than twice as much. As product cost . The products look cool and all but dont be fooled ..horrabal quality.. horrabal experience

USAnd they want $50 for shipping? And they want $50 for shipping? 10 days and I still haven't gotten my order. No upadtes are given during shipment process so I only found that my order was being returned because I looked despite not being notified. Service email = No response Support email = No response And there is no phone number to call either. I love my dab pen, it is amazing at what it does for its price, but I will never be ordering anything directly from their website again.
