GBThey do not actually send the items… They do not actually send the items that you purchase. They give you a fake tracking number and then when you contact support they tell you to wait even though the package is not in the correct state. Do not waste your money with this company.

GBThere’s no working with this company There’s no working with this company, their customer service is the absolute worst. Had a seahorse pro arrive DOA and they wanted me to pay to ship it back to China and would only give me store credit in exchange. (This was around Christmas and so not affordable) Now I need a replacement button for the egg and Lookah won’t respond to lookahusa’s attempts to inquire for me. It seems lookahusa is just an intermediary with no control which is even more aggravating.

GBThe Seahorse V.2 drops out burning oil… The Seahorse V.2 drops out burning oil reclaim, injuring me in several spots. The skin came right off and was very painful.

GBDisappointed I CANNOT get a good pull off of it. For 100$ it's absolutely not worth it. I'm really extremely disappointed.
