No upadtes are given during shipment process so I only found that my order was being returned because I looked despite not being notified. Service email = No response Support email = No response And there is no phone number to call either. I love my dab pen, it is amazing at what it does for its price, but I will never be ordering anything directly from their website again.

GBCoils and poor customer service So I ordered a pack of coils. The only shipping option cost $20. I waited over a week and the tracking number didn’t work. When I reached out to lookah they were really horrible and refused to help and basically said I will get it when I get. They did eventually arrive but if I’m paying $20 for shipping on a $30 item it should be a 2 day shipping but at the very least I should be provided with a tracking number that works. They were rude and horrible. I do not recommend you support this company, I know I sure won’t anymore.

GBAwful customer service!! Awful customer service!!! I ordered a lookah swordfish had for a couple of weeks then broke. Emailed customer service team and was told I can get a replacement if I send back at my cost. Paid for the shipping then they give you a coupon to use on their website as a reimbursement. Waited 3 weeks for the new lookah and shows up in a color not ordered or wanted. Customer service told me to tell them what color I wanted and still neglected to send correctly.

HKI have ordered several vapes from this… I have ordered several vapes from this company, I own the Seahorse Pro Plus and also the Lookah Load. I most recently got the giraffe nectar collector device. This is more sturdy than the Seahorse Pro Plus as it has a metal body. The company keeps uping its game and the newer devices keep getting better and better. Wish they had more shipping options and it got her faster but the shipping on orders over $50 is free so can't complain too much about that.

GBThe absolute worst warranty replacement… The absolute worst warranty replacement and customer service. Been waiting for months and did everything they told me to do for my deflected product and still NOTHING. Not even a simple email return response. This company has GREAT products but do not stand by there warranty and are liars. What a trash ass company!
