Fortunately, finding this store was a tremendous blessing to me, as James the representative took care of my case easily and professionally. GBThe guarantee to exchange the mask is… The guarantee to exchange the mask is misleading and when I tried to contact customer service they were rude and gave me the run around. I have finally given up and I think this is their business model.

GBGREAT COMPANY! I love this company for their customer service and would give it 5 stars, but 2 things came up recently that I personally don't like. One is when you subscribe to any product (mask, filter, headgear, etc) and get 15% off; however then, you get a special 25% off coupon and you can't use it on any of those subscribed items. The only solution is to manually unsubscribe to each item. What a bummer! The second thing, after purchasing the Resmed Air Mini and paying $30 to access Airview (more detailed information for doctors); I can only access this by emailing James Curles each time I want to see a compliance report. This needs to be available online and not have to go through a third person. I'm so frustrated right now. Sleeplay can do better. Karen S.
