GBVery Satisfied Customer with Sleeplay… I have been a customer with Sleeplay for about 2 months now and Stacy has been extremely helpful and professional when I have questions concerning any of my equipment or any issues that I may have. I can't thank her enough for all of her help. This is one of the best companies. I have done my online research and their customer service is top notch as well as the selection of CPAP machines and accessories at fantastic prices. I highly recommend Sleeplay.

GBI talked to one of the sleeplay… I talked to one of the sleeplay customer care representatives today. He was extremely helpful and efficient and answered all my questions and concerns. I have placed multiple orders with Sleeplay. I am always very pleased with the whole process because the items ship quickly and are packed with care. They have great prices on all their equipment and supplies, which is very helpful for all users, especially those without insurance or high deductibles.

GBTop-Tier CPAP Equipment Provider with Extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable Team Members The team at Sleeplay is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their prices are always competitive and their customer service is unmatched. I actually stopped by their Headquarters today to pick up an order as I was in the area and needed a ResMed AirMini CPAP with the Mask Pack and travel case ASAP for last-minute travel. I placed the order on the phone and by the time I arrived the order was ready and one of their team members took the time to answer all of my questions about the new device thoroughly, for which I am extremely appreciative.

GBGREAT COMPANY! I love this company for their customer service and would give it 5 stars, but 2 things came up recently that I personally don't like. One is when you subscribe to any product (mask, filter, headgear, etc) and get 15% off; however then, you get a special 25% off coupon and you can't use it on any of those subscribed items. The only solution is to manually unsubscribe to each item. What a bummer! The second thing, after purchasing the Resmed Air Mini and paying $30 to access Airview (more detailed information for doctors); I can only access this by emailing James Curles each time I want to see a compliance report. This needs to be available online and not have to go through a third person. I'm so frustrated right now. Sleeplay can do better. Karen S.
