USThe guarantee to exchange the mask is… The guarantee to exchange the mask is misleading and when I tried to contact customer service they were rude and gave me the run around. I have finally given up and I think this is their business model.

USOrdered a ResMed AirSense10 w/BT… Ordered a ResMed AirSense10 w/BT ability and received in a fair amount of time. No issues there, problem was that the unit was sent with a generic air hose and not the temp controlled hose. Luckily for my wife I had a new spare to use. Not sure how a “New” unit would be outfitted with a generic hose. My ONLY complaint, customer service while ordering the equipment was excellent.
