Sleeplay is trustworthy James was very professional. My RX was issued by a hospital of a non-US country and James took the time and patience to validate that it meets the requirements so I could order a CPAP machine without problem. I also found the pricing of Sleeplay's products are very competitive. Plus the fact that they have an actual brick and mortar storefront which, unlike other purely virtual stores, enhances my confidence.

How rude can they be My grievance with sleeplay is the same as many others that I’ve seen written up here. Initially, they’re very helpful and sweet, but when it came to me needing to do the mask exchange for a larger mask, I ended forced to pay an additional $40. What a scam. On top of that, they are extremely rude in the process. The money isn’t nearly the issue as the poor customer service. Sleeplay has gotten my last dollar. I will purchase my supplies somewhere else.
