Very Satisfied Customer with Sleeplay… I have been a customer with Sleeplay for about 2 months now and Stacy has been extremely helpful and professional when I have questions concerning any of my equipment or any issues that I may have. I can't thank her enough for all of her help. This is one of the best companies. I have done my online research and their customer service is top notch as well as the selection of CPAP machines and accessories at fantastic prices. I highly recommend Sleeplay.

GREAT COMPANY! I love this company for their customer service and would give it 5 stars, but 2 things came up recently that I personally don't like. One is when you subscribe to any product (mask, filter, headgear, etc) and get 15% off; however then, you get a special 25% off coupon and you can't use it on any of those subscribed items. The only solution is to manually unsubscribe to each item. What a bummer! The second thing, after purchasing the Resmed Air Mini and paying $30 to access Airview (more detailed information for doctors); I can only access this by emailing James Curles each time I want to see a compliance report. This needs to be available online and not have to go through a third person. I'm so frustrated right now. Sleeplay can do better. Karen S.

How rude can they be My grievance with sleeplay is the same as many others that I’ve seen written up here. Initially, they’re very helpful and sweet, but when it came to me needing to do the mask exchange for a larger mask, I ended forced to pay an additional $40. What a scam. On top of that, they are extremely rude in the process. The money isn’t nearly the issue as the poor customer service. Sleeplay has gotten my last dollar. I will purchase my supplies somewhere else.

Way beyond our expectations, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We were greeted by James who was super helpful and professional. He answered all our questions, understood our requirements perfectly and got us all set up. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended. Can’t beat these guys!
