GBVery Satisfied Customer with Sleeplay… I have been a customer with Sleeplay for about 2 months now and Stacy has been extremely helpful and professional when I have questions concerning any of my equipment or any issues that I may have. I can't thank her enough for all of her help. This is one of the best companies. I have done my online research and their customer service is top notch as well as the selection of CPAP machines and accessories at fantastic prices. I highly recommend Sleeplay.

GBOrdered a ResMed AirSense10 w/BT… Ordered a ResMed AirSense10 w/BT ability and received in a fair amount of time. No issues there, problem was that the unit was sent with a generic air hose and not the temp controlled hose. Luckily for my wife I had a new spare to use. Not sure how a “New” unit would be outfitted with a generic hose. My ONLY complaint, customer service while ordering the equipment was excellent.

GBGREAT COMPANY! I love this company for their customer service and would give it 5 stars, but 2 things came up recently that I personally don't like. One is when you subscribe to any product (mask, filter, headgear, etc) and get 15% off; however then, you get a special 25% off coupon and you can't use it on any of those subscribed items. The only solution is to manually unsubscribe to each item. What a bummer! The second thing, after purchasing the Resmed Air Mini and paying $30 to access Airview (more detailed information for doctors); I can only access this by emailing James Curles each time I want to see a compliance report. This needs to be available online and not have to go through a third person. I'm so frustrated right now. Sleeplay can do better. Karen S.
