Within 24 hours Mr. James Curles responds back that the exchange is done and had been shipped out. That just blew my mind. Great communication and prompt service. GBThe guarantee to exchange the mask is… The guarantee to exchange the mask is misleading and when I tried to contact customer service they were rude and gave me the run around. I have finally given up and I think this is their business model.

GBHow rude can they be My grievance with sleeplay is the same as many others that I’ve seen written up here. Initially, they’re very helpful and sweet, but when it came to me needing to do the mask exchange for a larger mask, I ended forced to pay an additional $40. What a scam. On top of that, they are extremely rude in the process. The money isn’t nearly the issue as the poor customer service. Sleeplay has gotten my last dollar. I will purchase my supplies somewhere else.
