Their prices are always competitive and their customer service is unmatched. I actually stopped by their Headquarters today to pick up an order as I was in the area and needed a ResMed AirMini CPAP with the Mask Pack and travel case ASAP for last-minute travel. I placed the order on the phone and by the time I arrived the order was ready and one of their team members took the time to answer all of my questions about the new device thoroughly, for which I am extremely appreciative.

Could not ask for better first time CPAP purchase As a customer from abroad that recently got diagnosed with sleep apnea, I had to get a machine to start treatment while in the US. Fortunately, finding this store was a tremendous blessing to me, as James the representative took care of my case easily and professionally. How rude can they be My grievance with sleeplay is the same as many others that I’ve seen written up here. Initially, they’re very helpful and sweet, but when it came to me needing to do the mask exchange for a larger mask, I ended forced to pay an additional $40. What a scam. On top of that, they are extremely rude in the process. The money isn’t nearly the issue as the poor customer service. Sleeplay has gotten my last dollar. I will purchase my supplies somewhere else.
