This is a great program This is a great program! After several pregnancies and a chronic achy back, I learned about diastasis recti and discovered the Every Mother program. I love the sound advice for safe and unsafe exercises and the variety of core exercises offered. The breathing technique has made a huge difference and I already have measurable and visible results. I really feel like EM is the missing piece for every woman struggling with postpartum recovery.

This didn’t help me close my DR and I… This didn’t help me close my DR and I fact it got worse. Helped last time when I had a vaginal birth but I think the education and help w a C section (I had one this time) is lacking greatly.

Company steals your money I was stolen from after cancelling a year previous, they still took a yearly subscription charge and wouldn’t refund. Go to the low reviews section and you’ll see the same, a lot of people who were stolen from. I think maybe a lawyer would take it up for a side project to sue these people whose success seems to be built upon stealing.

Wow- game changer Wow, this app is wonderful. I developed pretty significant diastisis recti during my pregnancy and this app helped me begin to strengthen safety for labor. I am now in my 4th trimester and have loved having safe exercises that are helping me heal. I really missing my intense workouts that I did before pregnancy and this app gives me encouragement that I’ll get back there. Love the guided paths and the catalogue of videos for additional workouts. One thing I’d like to see on this app is even more diversity that represents all body types, skin color, and accessibility.

mixed feelings Pros: Workouts vary, good quality and clearly thought through. There are lots of useful videos about how things work with pelvic floor. core and so on. If you workout consistently you are likely to get more toned muscles and might lose an inch ot two in midsection over initial 84 days. Pelvic floor related symptoms are likely to improve rather noticeably. Cons: Village (basically internal forum) is sluggish and there were technical issues. Admin clearly uses scripts and not always answers the question asked. If you really dig into clinical trial data about efficiency of the program you realize that data quality is not great and 12-week will help, but will not resolve DR unless it's very minimal and you are very lucky. 24 weeks is a maybe. So take "it's never late to close your DR" promise with a large grain of salt. Funny Yoga instructor got me at "blossoming through your anus". I believe you need to practice yoga for a really long time to say something like this with a straight face.
