GBBest Workout Program for Moms I began using the program in January, and I can honestly say it has helped! From learning more about my body and how to take care of it to regaining core strength, overall fitness, and feeling more like myself than I have in years, it's been a wonderful and worthwhile journey. I love the variety of workouts within the program (I'm never bored!), how thoroughly everything is explained, and how odd things become automatic (like getting up properly) over time. As a stay-at-home mom of 3, the workouts are feasible, not overly lengthy, effective, and makes it all so much less overwhelming. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy it all!

GBExercise Gear Gives me great strategies to target my core without adding any stress to my body. I like the idea of having choices and challenges in workouts. While pilates are a great alternative, I wish they offered alternatives to exercises that required additional exercise gear (bolster, yoga box). I would have liked a heads up that we needed to purchase or find prior to completing challenges. I had to watch and skip or modify exercises my own way.

GBI am really enjoying the Every Mother… I am really enjoying the Every Mother app. It helps to keep me on track and working towards my goal of healing my DR. I only gave 4 stars because I feel like there is info on diaphragmatic breathing (properly), how it affects the pelvic floor is lacking, and how the transverse abdominis works. I learned a lot about this before starting EM. So, I understood some things that I don't think many women will just coming into EM. Overall though, I think it is a great program that has really helped me.

GBWow- game changer Wow, this app is wonderful. I developed pretty significant diastisis recti during my pregnancy and this app helped me begin to strengthen safety for labor. I am now in my 4th trimester and have loved having safe exercises that are helping me heal. I really missing my intense workouts that I did before pregnancy and this app gives me encouragement that I’ll get back there. Love the guided paths and the catalogue of videos for additional workouts. One thing I’d like to see on this app is even more diversity that represents all body types, skin color, and accessibility.
