Best Workout Program for Moms I began using the program in January, and I can honestly say it has helped! From learning more about my body and how to take care of it to regaining core strength, overall fitness, and feeling more like myself than I have in years, it's been a wonderful and worthwhile journey. I love the variety of workouts within the program (I'm never bored!), how thoroughly everything is explained, and how odd things become automatic (like getting up properly) over time. As a stay-at-home mom of 3, the workouts are feasible, not overly lengthy, effective, and makes it all so much less overwhelming. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy it all!

Committed to the program With DR progressively building the load you put on your core, otherwise you stagnate, or even move backwards. Once I really committed to following both the compressions and the workouts in my path, I progressed quickly, and I’ve been trying to fix my DR since the birth of my first son, 9 years ago! I feel strong, toned, and fully connected to my core.

Highly Recommend for Post-partum! After 5 months of trying my tried and true workout programs post-partum, I still had the belly pooch! I switched to Every Mother and saw amazing results in 2 weeks. I did Every Mother almost every day for 3 months and lost 3 inches around my belly. I'm now back to my pre-baby body thanks to EM. The workouts do get a bit repetitive after 3 months so I'm going to a different workout method. But EM taught me how to workout safety to protect my abdominal muscles and I will continue doing EM's signature core compressions daily. I definitely recommend Every Mother!!!

Quick and achievable Awesome workouts! I love the Guided Paths that I can fit into my busy schedule - I usually squeeze in 10-20 minutes between meetings from my home office. Since having my son in early 2020, I hadn’t properly treated my DR because, let’s face it, pandemic parenting is no walk in the park! My body is already feeling better and it has been so reassuring to have a program tailored specifically to the special needs of postpartum moms.

Love the program, improve the app and some instructors I generally really like the Every Mother program. I love that the workouts are short but efficient and require minimal setting up. Perfect for moms The app is clunky and not intuitive though. I also find a few other instructors difficult to follow - they either talk too fast or say a lot of instructions that are unclear. Makes it difficult to follow especially if you're doing a workout for the first time. One example is the yoga instructor.
