GBI already recommend to friends I came to EM three or four months ago after I was diagnosed with an umblical hernia and diastasis recti, even though my last baby was born 4.5 years ago. I like how it's explained how to navigate movement through daily life to keep our core protected from further injury. The workouts are good! I often feel challenged and appropriately sore afterwards, and I'm a fit woman who exercises regularly. I also love yoga, and EM has helped me learn how be safe on the mat as well. I have already recommended EM to friends.

GBHighly Recommend for Post-partum! After 5 months of trying my tried and true workout programs post-partum, I still had the belly pooch! I switched to Every Mother and saw amazing results in 2 weeks. I did Every Mother almost every day for 3 months and lost 3 inches around my belly. I'm now back to my pre-baby body thanks to EM. The workouts do get a bit repetitive after 3 months so I'm going to a different workout method. But EM taught me how to workout safety to protect my abdominal muscles and I will continue doing EM's signature core compressions daily. I definitely recommend Every Mother!!!

GBGreat program thank you! I have been enjoying the exercises and education provided! It has eased my mind around safe exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. It would be great if new workouts were added more regularly.

GBThis didn’t help me close my DR and I… This didn’t help me close my DR and I fact it got worse. Helped last time when I had a vaginal birth but I think the education and help w a C section (I had one this time) is lacking greatly.
