GBRegistration errors using the same Email address I made some errors during the registration process using the same Email address for two people. This resulted in me being blocked when trying to register the second person. Eventually I changed my PW and then the computer allowed me to proceed and complete the whole process.

GBI was in a right panic worrying Id paid… I was in a right panic worrying Id paid for the wrong test after contacting staff online they confirmed I was go to good with the test id ordered This put my mind at rest as there is so much to sort when going on a holiday, one less thing to think about!

GBTotal disaster Total disaster, chronomics website wouldn’t recognise the barcodes on the test cassette. Not the easiest of firms to contact and that’s being polite. Had to leave for a cruise at 0415 the following day, wife in tears, thought no test result, no cruise. Eventually found a TUI emergency number where a kind lady issued new bar codes and then all worked. Chronomics, how about a refund?

GBWe completed our pre sail covid tests… We completed our pre sail covid tests today. The procedure was simple. We thought we had made an error so did an on-line chat. Eddie was so helpful and reassuring and explained what we had to do. All results were received by email efficiently and timely.

GBwaste of time and money Chronomics have made this process rather too awkward and in the end, we booked two on-site tests at the airport. Actually, the test procedure isn't definitive since it isn't actually witnessed. Anybody could use the kit and send it back in your name. All a bit of a waste of time and money really.
