Pack says report result online, website refuses to let me upload picture of results & I've just received an email telling me I now need to post the sample to chronomics. The day before we bloody fly!!!!????????? Guess I'll have to get to the airport and see what happens. Utter joke.

Registration errors using the same Email address I made some errors during the registration process using the same Email address for two people. This resulted in me being blocked when trying to register the second person. Eventually I changed my PW and then the computer allowed me to proceed and complete the whole process.

waste of time and money Chronomics have made this process rather too awkward and in the end, we booked two on-site tests at the airport. Actually, the test procedure isn't definitive since it isn't actually witnessed. Anybody could use the kit and send it back in your name. All a bit of a waste of time and money really.

No problem at all Never having had to go through this procedure to go away on a cruise holiday, I was a little concerned. I had no need to be. I contacted Chronomics to ask a question, the answer could not have been quicker, clearer and certainly put my mind at ease . Well done
