GBFit to fly tests I bought some tests for a cruise on the 4th. October TUI have decided I don’t need them for travel the month of October from PALMA .I asked CHRONOMICS for a refund as the tests were unopened and I received a reply minutes later say they would look into my request 2 days later I received a refund so WELL DONE for great service very happy customer

GBCOVID test great service… I had a COVID test kit that had part of the test missing. I expected to have to use a list of options on line which probably wouldn't have had the answer. Contacted the centre by email and almost immediately Sam Hodge came back with the solution. Really great service

GBNo problem at all Never having had to go through this procedure to go away on a cruise holiday, I was a little concerned. I had no need to be. I contacted Chronomics to ask a question, the answer could not have been quicker, clearer and certainly put my mind at ease . Well done

GBNow why would you put nano technology… Now why would you put nano technology into humans? Hmmm I used one of your tests and my finger was spliced by a nano particle that went into my skin. You asked for proof I sent you my finger covered in blood if that ain’t proof I don’t know what is. You need to take accountability for testing dangerous products on people. Hmmm remember those reviews videos about children with nose bleeds most likely linked to the same thing.

GBTotal disaster Total disaster, chronomics website wouldn’t recognise the barcodes on the test cassette. Not the easiest of firms to contact and that’s being polite. Had to leave for a cruise at 0415 the following day, wife in tears, thought no test result, no cruise. Eventually found a TUI emergency number where a kind lady issued new bar codes and then all worked. Chronomics, how about a refund?
