GBReally Poor Customer Service Processed a refund request on 29th December 2021 in accordance with their instructions and still no response. Acknowledgement said to wait 14-21 days and we are mid March and nothing. No way to contact the organisation. Post script - further to the review on trustpilot Natalie has been in contact and resolved our situation. We are grateful. Thank you.

GBComplications when things go wrong Seems a while now, but in Feb / March 2022 in structions detailed by Chronomics for me were complicated. I eventually made contact (over the phone) where i came across 'Ryan' who was a fantastic help digging me out of a hole which could have ruined my holiday.

GBRefund at last! Well after writing a bad review for this company, I actually received some prompt service. The refund I had requested in December 2021 was finally made. Just a shame that it took so long. A very polite and efficient person called Ibuken Adewusi arranged this within a few days. I really hope that the company will now review and improve their admin procedures.

GBFast resolution saved the day My Kit ID wouldn't work, so I contacted Chronomics via the form, not expecting it to be resolved in time for our sailing. However, somebody emailed me within 5 minutes with a resolution. Very impressed.

GBTests came through nice and quick Tests came through nice and quick. However website and pack offer conflicting instructions. Pack says report result online, website refuses to let me upload picture of results & I've just received an email telling me I now need to post the sample to chronomics. The day before we bloody fly!!!!????????? Guess I'll have to get to the airport and see what happens. Utter joke.
