GBComplications when things go wrong Seems a while now, but in Feb / March 2022 in structions detailed by Chronomics for me were complicated. I eventually made contact (over the phone) where i came across 'Ryan' who was a fantastic help digging me out of a hole which could have ruined my holiday.

GBA Great company Apart from the cock up with TUI's very poor communications (with just about everyone concerned) regarding when our booking numbers appeared on the 'Chronomics' system, everything went to plan. All Chronomics communications were great, and all testing procedures went very well the day before our cruise. We will definitely use these guys again! :-)

GBTotal disaster Total disaster, chronomics website wouldn’t recognise the barcodes on the test cassette. Not the easiest of firms to contact and that’s being polite. Had to leave for a cruise at 0415 the following day, wife in tears, thought no test result, no cruise. Eventually found a TUI emergency number where a kind lady issued new bar codes and then all worked. Chronomics, how about a refund?

GBWe completed our pre sail covid tests… We completed our pre sail covid tests today. The procedure was simple. We thought we had made an error so did an on-line chat. Eddie was so helpful and reassuring and explained what we had to do. All results were received by email efficiently and timely.
