Really Poor Customer Service Processed a refund request on 29th December 2021 in accordance with their instructions and still no response. Acknowledgement said to wait 14-21 days and we are mid March and nothing. No way to contact the organisation. Post script - further to the review on trustpilot Natalie has been in contact and resolved our situation. We are grateful. Thank you.

Registration errors using the same Email address I made some errors during the registration process using the same Email address for two people. This resulted in me being blocked when trying to register the second person. Eventually I changed my PW and then the computer allowed me to proceed and complete the whole process.

Total disaster Total disaster, chronomics website wouldn’t recognise the barcodes on the test cassette. Not the easiest of firms to contact and that’s being polite. Had to leave for a cruise at 0415 the following day, wife in tears, thought no test result, no cruise. Eventually found a TUI emergency number where a kind lady issued new bar codes and then all worked. Chronomics, how about a refund?
