GBStill no result after 48rs Promised result within the hour now 48 hrs and nothing. I've emailed and reply said.... don't worry, technical issue that is being sorted. Still nothing. Emailed again. Waiting for reply. What did I pay for? Just a reference no. to satisfy UK passenger locator form. They've pocketed my money. From a practical point of view I'm no better off than using NHS LFT.

GBPeplobio efficiency Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Lateral Flow Test but then due to a change in government policy had to switch to a PCR. Peplobio amended my order and refunded my first charge immediately with no hassle. The PCR test kit was very easy to use and the online activation was simple to follow. My result came through in just under 12 hours, within their published time frame. The whole experience was extremely efficient.

GBA lot of technical problems A lot of technical problems that nobody really understood. The test itself was efficiently handled. The email to me that was supposed to give me the Certificate to print out was not right.

GBIf I could give 6 stars I would If I could give 6 stars I would, the team at peplobio were not just helpful, they went above and beyond. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. Covid testing is a nightmare to deal with but peplobio made life as easy, I could recommend a better place to buy you antigen test or any other products they offer. Their basic fit to fly antigen covid test are accepted within the EU as of 08.04.22 and I highly recommend you use peplobio. A very happy customer!!

GBSCAM Company - avoid!!! SCAM Company. Avoid at all costs. We are still waiting for our Day 2 results after having missed an entire week of work. Our tests were successfully delivered by Royal Mail but our test results (promised to arrive on the next day) are still a no show. There has been no communication whatsoever and there is no operational phone line. After the exorbitant price we paid for the tests we would have expected a basic level of effective service. Utterly frustrated.
