This is such a poor covid test… This is such a poor covid test provider. Does not send reference for plf straight away. Can’t contact them on the weekend. Should have stated this upfront before I had purchased. Edit: A few days after having a back and fourth via e-mail, I’d noticed that the e-mail with the reference number was from a different email address which hotmail identified as junk. It was not an unreasonable assumption to make-that since I was receiving emails from their customer service, I should have received all communications. Note to self-always check junk box. They had provided a refund and therefore I have adjusted the review accordingly.

Performed well, supportive and thorough. After initially submitting a negative age when entering birthdate, they fixed and promptly sent out results. All support was via email which was concerning to begin with but it all worked out, responses were very prompt. Hopefully the backend tracing is rigorous as I never felt my printed forms were required when traveling. This wouldn't be Peplobio's fault but the overall regulation. I'm all for safe travel.

Very efficient Peplobio Peplobio were very helpful and efficient. We had ordered flow tests only to find the rules had changed and we needed PCR tests. They very efficiently refunded the flow test and posted PCRs to us instead. The test kit was very easy to use, as was the online activation, and the result came through within 12 hours from when they received it. Very efficient service and would definitely use again.

Peplobio efficiency Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Lateral Flow Test but then due to a change in government policy had to switch to a PCR. Peplobio amended my order and refunded my first charge immediately with no hassle. The PCR test kit was very easy to use and the online activation was simple to follow. My result came through in just under 12 hours, within their published time frame. The whole experience was extremely efficient.

Ordered 2 day PCR test through Zoomtest… Ordered 2 day PCR test through Zoomtest arrived with Peplobio details. Activated online and returned tests, Royal Mail tracking arrived 6th Jan, 8th of Jan still no returned results!! You cannot call as lines are closed and do not reply to any emails!! Pay for 24 hour service and no service levels of any sort for test or communication! Parents still in isolation. And we wonder why people dont follow guidelines!!! They have no option
