GBI am experiencing issues with this… I am experiencing issues with this company because they are saying that my sample did not arrive at their lab although the tracking history shows that it is Delivered. I believe I have been scammed and I am in a very difficult situation because I was Covid positive only once! I will not be able to get the NHS recovery certificate. They are messing about with peoples lives and charge for it!

GBA lot of technical problems A lot of technical problems that nobody really understood. The test itself was efficiently handled. The email to me that was supposed to give me the Certificate to print out was not right.

GBOrdered 2 COVID day 2 PCR tests Ordered 2 COVID day 2 PCR tests. On the positive, they did arrive and were sent back to Peplobio without issues. On the negatives: - I arrived on Monday, the tests did not arrive until Tuesday (tests ordered in advance) - tests received in lab on Thursday, no results until _Monday_. Effectively, instead of taking the test on Monday and getting results by Wednesday and ending quarantine on day 2, was forced to spend a week in quarantine.

GBPeplobio efficiency Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Lateral Flow Test but then due to a change in government policy had to switch to a PCR. Peplobio amended my order and refunded my first charge immediately with no hassle. The PCR test kit was very easy to use and the online activation was simple to follow. My result came through in just under 12 hours, within their published time frame. The whole experience was extremely efficient.

GBSCAM Company - avoid!!! SCAM Company. Avoid at all costs. We are still waiting for our Day 2 results after having missed an entire week of work. Our tests were successfully delivered by Royal Mail but our test results (promised to arrive on the next day) are still a no show. There has been no communication whatsoever and there is no operational phone line. After the exorbitant price we paid for the tests we would have expected a basic level of effective service. Utterly frustrated.
