Delta Leave Me Out Why would I be giving Delta Leaf a review before I have the 2 weeks-old results for my PAID 16 plant tests? You need to get off of the internet auto-respond software. Get real kids - how can I review what I have not yet acquired? Your company is sinking. My review will be ruthless, guys. So keep on sending these review reminders and See what it brings. You will not ne happy.

Unreachable. Never got my results. I was emailed the instructions and was told my results would be emailed in 2-5 business days. it has been 15 business days since they have received my samples. i have been calling and emailing for a week to check on my samples/get a refund. no response. i have yet to speak to a representative of this company. this has so far been the worst experience i've ever had with any company.

I mailed in 5 samples almost a month… I mailed in 5 samples almost a month ago and still haven't heard my results. What's the point in testing early on when this is the turn around time. I've already gone with another company and received my results for the same samples I'm waiting on from you. Thanks for forcing me to test my plants twice. I will never order from this company again. Edit: it's been almost 2 months now. I guess they are in the business of straight up robbing people.

You rely on people having gmail… You rely on people having a gmail account to view the sample intake form and the results. That became a bit of a burden when I couldn't download the sample intake form and I emailed two different e-mail addresses associated with delta leaf on two occasions each and got no response. Had I been told when I initially ordered the tests that I needed a gmail account I would have just used me personal e-mail and not my work e-mail which is outlook. That complicated this entire situation and you guys should really fix that.

Happy with the service I was happy with the results and the process. My initial results were incomplete and required further testing, which I assume is normal. The additional test results were said to be expected within 2-3 business days, but they weren't provided until 10 days later after and inquiry from me. I haven't reached the flower stage yet, so I'm not sure if the results are reliable, but I assume they will be. Thanks for the useful service
