Renukrete was recommended by our… Renukrete was recommended by our neighbors who had their deck renovated by them several years ago. We were having a graduation party for our daughter In June and desperately needed to upgrade our old concrete pool deck. Renukrete was able to complete the work in May with little mess in just 4 days. We were able to use the pool the following day. The pool deck was the topic of conversation at the party! Concrete pool deck Looking at the finished product it looks good. I do see some of the grout lines are deeper than others and collect water which I’m not sure could be a problem down the road. The payment process using a credit card on line document was difficult to navigate. There was no collateral damage to surrounding property and the cleanup was good. Contacting the office by phone should be easier than an automated recording then dialing an extension from a cell phone. Texting with my project mgr.,Linda did work well.

Two thumbs up for RenuKrete! RenuKrete was wonderful to work with. They did a great job explaining the process and providing recommendations prior to signing our contract. They also scheduled the work to be started and completed in the requested time frame. The onsite manager during the process was easy to work with and provided continuous communication throughout the process which is not something a lot of companies do. The final product looks great and is ready for the start of summer!

Happy overall. We are happy w the overall project. I feel workers are under a time crunch and could have been a little more meticulous w the job for amount of money spent on renovation.

FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL... From the very first communication, each person I spoke with was very pleasant. They explained the process thoroughly, answering all my questions. The crew were all so nice and very hardworking. The project area was kept very neat and clean and they asked me for my approval every step of the way. We had a prior quote to replace all the pavers at over $100K...So when I looked for another option I found RenuKrete. I will admit my husband was a skeptic...BUT now is overjoyed at how it turned out. INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!! I will post photos soon of our new BEAUTIFUL pool area!!
