As others have said, the RenuKrete operation is a fresh wind for anyone who has dealt with contractors that dont have their "story" together. Here is a group that is responsive, creates a great product and is a pleasure to deal with. The workers were easy to deal with and made sure we were involved in every step. The outcome is just stunning and such an improvement. The workers cleaned up at the end, they even stayed longer to finish the job before the weekend.

What we were hoping for... We were delighted to have the concrete pad surrounding our pool area brought back to life by Wilber and his crew. Professional all the way. We explored many options for recoating or replacing of the cracked surface and settled on RenuKrete after reviewing all of our options. Truly satisfied!!

FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL... From the very first communication, each person I spoke with was very pleasant. They explained the process thoroughly, answering all my questions. The crew were all so nice and very hardworking. The project area was kept very neat and clean and they asked me for my approval every step of the way. We had a prior quote to replace all the pavers at over $100K...So when I looked for another option I found RenuKrete. I will admit my husband was a skeptic...BUT now is overjoyed at how it turned out. INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!! I will post photos soon of our new BEAUTIFUL pool area!! Constant communication on status RenuKrete stayed in constant communication on the status of the work as weather can and did alter plans. Questions were answered promptly and additional information was rapidly provided. Linda, our coordinator really helped. The crew even made adjustments to our color preference for the perfect look.

I am truly thrilled with the whole… I am truly thrilled with the whole process and what I am calling the “RenuKrete experience”. From original knowledgeable and personable calls with Linda for initial process info and to schedule the visit to my home, to Alex (CEO and Founder himself) showing up to measure, explain the process, offer design and color options and quote the price, to the wonderful hard working guys who came to execute the project… Thumbs up all the way! My job was started earlier than expected and took less time than estimated. I can’t say enough great things about the RenuKrete family!!
