I am truly thrilled with the whole… I am truly thrilled with the whole process and what I am calling the “RenuKrete experience”. From original knowledgeable and personable calls with Linda for initial process info and to schedule the visit to my home, to Alex (CEO and Founder himself) showing up to measure, explain the process, offer design and color options and quote the price, to the wonderful hard working guys who came to execute the project… Thumbs up all the way! My job was started earlier than expected and took less time than estimated. I can’t say enough great things about the RenuKrete family!! My neighbor has dubbed my back yard pool area “The 5th Avenue Swim Club”. The end result is just spectacular! THANK YOU RENUKRETE!!!

The entire experience was really great The entire experience was really great. As others have said, the RenuKrete operation is a fresh wind for anyone who has dealt with contractors that dont have their "story" together. Here is a group that is responsive, creates a great product and is a pleasure to deal with. The workers were easy to deal with and made sure we were involved in every step. The outcome is just stunning and such an improvement. The workers cleaned up at the end, they even stayed longer to finish the job before the weekend.

Concrete pool deck Looking at the finished product it looks good. I do see some of the grout lines are deeper than others and collect water which I’m not sure could be a problem down the road. The payment process using a credit card on line document was difficult to navigate. There was no collateral damage to surrounding property and the cleanup was good. Contacting the office by phone should be easier than an automated recording then dialing an extension from a cell phone. Texting with my project mgr.,Linda did work well.

Our pool area is a great meeting place… Our pool area is a great meeting place for our family. However, the concrete patio was showing its age and needed a new look. After researching the quick fix and total replacement options, we decided on the Renu-Krete process. Lisa was our first contact and did a great job explaining our options. Our questions were clearly answered by Alex. His thorough knowledge of the process really made the decision easy. Our newly created deck looks spectacular. It's just what we were looking for. The install crew arrived on time and the job was finished on time. The work areas were cleaned of all tools and debris during the process. If you're looking for a recreation of your pool oasis then go no further than Renu-Krete. You won't be disappointed.

Great job on our pool area The team that did the work on our pool deck was phenomenal. Very conscientious of our concerns, extremely hard working and respectful of the property and pool area in clean up each day. Really took the time to ensure we were happy with our choice and liked the shading that could be done with what they had. Really pleased with the outcome and have had nothing but positive comments about it.
