I am truly thrilled with the whole… I am truly thrilled with the whole process and what I am calling the “RenuKrete experience”. From original knowledgeable and personable calls with Linda for initial process info and to schedule the visit to my home, to Alex (CEO and Founder himself) showing up to measure, explain the process, offer design and color options and quote the price, to the wonderful hard working guys who came to execute the project… Thumbs up all the way! My job was started earlier than expected and took less time than estimated. I can’t say enough great things about the RenuKrete family!! My neighbor has dubbed my back yard pool area “The 5th Avenue Swim Club”. The end result is just spectacular! THANK YOU RENUKRETE!!!

They listened carefully to a few concerns we had about two concrete cracks in need of repair and they quickly filled in these areas. The results are amazing!! We are super satisfied with the refresh. Outstanding job!! We were very pleased with the overall results of our pool surround and walkway. It is beautiful and really does look like flagstone! We were impressed and amazed with the process of using our existing concrete to create a pattern that looks like stone. Linda and Wilbur, were lovely to work with and addressed all our questions and concerns. The crew were efficient and worked quickly although a bit more attention to detail regarding our lawn and stones surrounding the pool would have been appreciated.

FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL... From the very first communication, each person I spoke with was very pleasant. They explained the process thoroughly, answering all my questions. The crew were all so nice and very hardworking. The project area was kept very neat and clean and they asked me for my approval every step of the way. We had a prior quote to replace all the pavers at over $100K...So when I looked for another option I found RenuKrete. I will admit my husband was a skeptic...BUT now is overjoyed at how it turned out. INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!! I will post photos soon of our new BEAUTIFUL pool area!!
