Linda was a fantastic project manager who answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way. The team of guys that showed up were professional and truly took pride in their work. They worked every day from 9-5 and were happy to answer our questions and respond to our concerns. Absolutely love how everything turned out and am looking forward to years of enjoyment!

Concrete pool deck Looking at the finished product it looks good. I do see some of the grout lines are deeper than others and collect water which I’m not sure could be a problem down the road. The payment process using a credit card on line document was difficult to navigate. There was no collateral damage to surrounding property and the cleanup was good. Contacting the office by phone should be easier than an automated recording then dialing an extension from a cell phone. Texting with my project mgr.,Linda did work well.

Be prepared to shutoff pool pump as workers made decision to vacuum debris from pool bottom with a separate pump, without heads up; could’ve been running pump with no water through skimmer. Looks great! recommend requesting more grit added to stone before finalizing as with water stones can get very slippery.

As others have said, the RenuKrete operation is a fresh wind for anyone who has dealt with contractors that dont have their "story" together. Here is a group that is responsive, creates a great product and is a pleasure to deal with. The workers were easy to deal with and made sure we were involved in every step. The outcome is just stunning and such an improvement. The workers cleaned up at the end, they even stayed longer to finish the job before the weekend.
