Concrete pool deck Looking at the finished product it looks good. I do see some of the grout lines are deeper than others and collect water which I’m not sure could be a problem down the road. The payment process using a credit card on line document was difficult to navigate. There was no collateral damage to surrounding property and the cleanup was good. Contacting the office by phone should be easier than an automated recording then dialing an extension from a cell phone. Texting with my project mgr.,Linda did work well.

What we were hoping for... We were delighted to have the concrete pad surrounding our pool area brought back to life by Wilber and his crew. Professional all the way. We explored many options for recoating or replacing of the cracked surface and settled on RenuKrete after reviewing all of our options. Truly satisfied!!

Great job on our pool area The team that did the work on our pool deck was phenomenal. Very conscientious of our concerns, extremely hard working and respectful of the property and pool area in clean up each day. Really took the time to ensure we were happy with our choice and liked the shading that could be done with what they had. As others have said, the RenuKrete operation is a fresh wind for anyone who has dealt with contractors that dont have their "story" together. Here is a group that is responsive, creates a great product and is a pleasure to deal with. The workers were easy to deal with and made sure we were involved in every step. The outcome is just stunning and such an improvement. The workers cleaned up at the end, they even stayed longer to finish the job before the weekend.
