FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL... From the very first communication, each person I spoke with was very pleasant. They explained the process thoroughly, answering all my questions. The crew were all so nice and very hardworking. The project area was kept very neat and clean and they asked me for my approval every step of the way. We had a prior quote to replace all the pavers at over $100K...So when I looked for another option I found RenuKrete. I will admit my husband was a skeptic...BUT now is overjoyed at how it turned out. INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!! I will post photos soon of our new BEAUTIFUL pool area!! Our pool area is a great meeting place… Our pool area is a great meeting place for our family. However, the concrete patio was showing its age and needed a new look. After researching the quick fix and total replacement options, we decided on the Renu-Krete process. Lisa was our first contact and did a great job explaining our options. Our questions were clearly answered by Alex. His thorough knowledge of the process really made the decision easy. Our newly created deck looks spectacular. It's just what we were looking for. The install crew arrived on time and the job was finished on time. The work areas were cleaned of all tools and debris during the process. As others have said, the RenuKrete operation is a fresh wind for anyone who has dealt with contractors that dont have their "story" together. Here is a group that is responsive, creates a great product and is a pleasure to deal with. The workers were easy to deal with and made sure we were involved in every step. The outcome is just stunning and such an improvement. The workers cleaned up at the end, they even stayed longer to finish the job before the weekend.

What we were hoping for... We were delighted to have the concrete pad surrounding our pool area brought back to life by Wilber and his crew. Professional all the way. We explored many options for recoating or replacing of the cracked surface and settled on RenuKrete after reviewing all of our options. Truly satisfied!!
