FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL... From the very first communication, each person I spoke with was very pleasant. They explained the process thoroughly, answering all my questions. The crew were all so nice and very hardworking. The project area was kept very neat and clean and they asked me for my approval every step of the way. We had a prior quote to replace all the pavers at over $100K...So when I looked for another option I found RenuKrete. I will admit my husband was a skeptic...BUT now is overjoyed at how it turned out. INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!! I will post photos soon of our new BEAUTIFUL pool area!! Happy overall. We are happy w the overall project. I feel workers are under a time crunch and could have been a little more meticulous w the job for amount of money spent on renovation.

What we were hoping for... We were delighted to have the concrete pad surrounding our pool area brought back to life by Wilber and his crew. Professional all the way. We explored many options for recoating or replacing of the cracked surface and settled on RenuKrete after reviewing all of our options. Truly satisfied!!

Outstanding job!! We were very pleased with the overall results of our pool surround and walkway. It is beautiful and really does look like flagstone! We were impressed and amazed with the process of using our existing concrete to create a pattern that looks like stone. Linda and Wilbur, were lovely to work with and addressed all our questions and concerns. The crew were efficient and worked quickly although a bit more attention to detail regarding our lawn and stones surrounding the pool would have been appreciated.

As others have said, the RenuKrete operation is a fresh wind for anyone who has dealt with contractors that dont have their "story" together. Here is a group that is responsive, creates a great product and is a pleasure to deal with. The workers were easy to deal with and made sure we were involved in every step. The outcome is just stunning and such an improvement. The workers cleaned up at the end, they even stayed longer to finish the job before the weekend.
