Good product, great staff. Was leary about the product and I am just starting out in the laser engraving field. They sent me 2 samples, red and black. Both work as advertised. Will be purchasing the product for continued use.

Lots of potential My experience has been a mixed bag. My initial trials with the product were unsuccessful (Possibly user error!). They were done on a rather shiny stainless steel, (likely high in chromium and nickel?), and as of yet I have not had a successful attempt at marking those cleanly with a 55W CO2 laser, with a wide range of speed/power settings. I then tried marking a knife with a "Carbon" stainless steel (probably low in chromium?), and it marked absolutely beautifully. This renewed my hope. I reached out to brilliancelaserinks for help on the shinier steel, and while I received an email back in 2 days, they have not followed up with their help. I feel like the *want* to be really good, but I haven't received the support I need to really make this part of my regular product offering. I want to use this product, and really want to make it work, but as of yet this has not happened. This review could easily be 5 stars if I was able to get some support to help mark this shinier stainless steel. It worked amazing on the lower chromium SS. If I could replicate this easily on the higher one, this product would be incredible.

Good product for Stainless Steel engraving Give me surprise results with my 10w diode. But some of the coating may be blew out by the spray air during spraying procedure. Take time to learn.

The additive is good but doesn't make… The additive is good but doesn't make the laser marking black enough or white enough but it definitley works.
