GBProblem with the Adhesion of Ink Had a problem with the Brilliance ink bonding to raw aluminum. Had a great call with one of the service reps and was able to improve the adhesion dramatically. He had a great understanding of the process was able to help me through.

KRSuper service and product works great! Changed the product to one that could ship to my APO and still meet my needs. Constant updates on shipping and replacement. The best service I’ve had in some time. Thank you Brilliance. The product works great. Still tweaking it's use though. BTW I use a 40W Diode and it burns great at speed of 9000mm/m and 60% power on thick aluminum business cards. Thank you again.
