CAThe company doesn’t cancel your… The company doesn’t cancel your subscription. Even after email was received that confirmed my subscription was cancelled, they just charged me again next month. This is border line fraudulent. I’m jumping through hoops to get them to cancel my subscription. If you subscribe then be prepared to stay on.

GBThe Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. Shout-outs to Parker, Jade, Anna & Lucy for their stellar customer service, and a shout-out to Better Me for hiring & training their employees extraordinarily well! Thank you. GBStarts with old people getting on floor , not always possible I was not aware that a lot of the exercises had to be done on the floor , I thought wall pilates were more standing than laying as a lot 60 + year olds get on the floor they can't get back up at least to start out. The app is fine.

GBI thought I was more disciplined in… I thought I was more disciplined in keeping up with the exercises but I fell short. I did find the exercises useful for an early morning stretch and the calorie tracker was great as well. What caught me by surprise was the ongoing increased price for a monthly charge which I was not aware I signed up for. My original intent was to try the app once and then decide to re-up???
