GBYou have charged me approximately $150 You have charged me approximately $150. I called to cancel the app because all I want are your workouts no food plans no coaching know anything else. I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

GBVery challenging workouts Very challenging workouts. Much better than other wall Pilates apps that I've tried. I truly believe I can lose the weight if I follow the program every day.

CAWent from 80 year old body to 56 year old I joined a year and half ago with seated yoga. I was 78 and although I walked 19-15000 steps a day the rest of my body was seizing up from lack of all over exercising and I have suffered for years with osteoarthritis. I have gone from seated yoga beginner to walking at home from beginner to medium. The difference in my body in that time with scheduled workouts is astronomical! My joints are moving much more freely and I suffer less pain. Motion is lotion they say and this app proves it! My new digital scale tells me my body is that of 56 year old woman. I turned 80 last Dec. the staff are “right there” every time I have any technical questions ( maybe 3-4 times I needed them, showing patience, encouragement and support. I LOVE this app!!! Only negative comment, this is a personal preference, is I wish I had dance app with old time rock and roll music 50’s 60’ thrown in. Thanks BetterMe!

GBBe more accommodating Enjoyed slowly moving into exercising every day, felt good the first week. Then life happened & no time to exercise. It felt like your time was all there was. Hopeful you changed that. A computerized exercise program could be more accommodating?

GBThe Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. Shout-outs to Parker, Jade, Anna & Lucy for their stellar customer service, and a shout-out to Better Me for hiring & training their employees extraordinarily well! Thank you. This is the type of company I would be thrilled to work for and represent. Excellent service everyone!
