The Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. Starts with old people getting on floor , not always possible I was not aware that a lot of the exercises had to be done on the floor , I thought wall pilates were more standing than laying as a lot 60 + year olds get on the floor they can't get back up at least to start out. The app is fine.

The BetterMe App! The BetterMe App has not only been very helpful but has also been a great resource for reminders on logging and working out! I’ve only just recently started using this app and it is so easy to navigate and the workouts are fun and not too overwhelming if you are just starting out!
