GBAffordable and a good work out I’ve been shopping for an affordable app with exercises that are easy to do but deeply work my muscle groups, this one so far has been really great. Plus the music is soothing or fun and not annoying, and the videos are actually helpful unlike many apps like this.

CAThe company doesn’t cancel your… The company doesn’t cancel your subscription. Even after email was received that confirmed my subscription was cancelled, they just charged me again next month. This is border line fraudulent. I’m jumping through hoops to get them to cancel my subscription. If you subscribe then be prepared to stay on.

INUnauthorised wallet charges Scammers!!!!! On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization. GBGreat company, great app, great results & great customer service! Not being a fan of the gym i tried this app at home. It is fantastic and something i am actually doing daily, just 15 minutes. Its easy to follow and if you need help, BetterMe reply quickly. Really want to thank Sierra who has given me amazing customer service :-)
