Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. The company doesn’t cancel your… The company doesn’t cancel your subscription. Even after email was received that confirmed my subscription was cancelled, they just charged me again next month. This is border line fraudulent. I’m jumping through hoops to get them to cancel my subscription. If you subscribe then be prepared to stay on.
