On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization. Be more accommodating Enjoyed slowly moving into exercising every day, felt good the first week. Then life happened & no time to exercise. It felt like your time was all there was. Hopeful you changed that. A computerized exercise program could be more accommodating?

Great company, great app, great results & great customer service! Not being a fan of the gym i tried this app at home. It is fantastic and something i am actually doing daily, just 15 minutes. Its easy to follow and if you need help, BetterMe reply quickly. Really want to thank Sierra who has given me amazing customer service :-)

BetterMe Wall Pilates & more My meal plans were helpful & you don't have to follow them explicitly. I gave an unrealistic goal so didn't reach it on that date. I am determined to reach it by June, though. Pilates exercise - didn't suit my old body but will continue to try them. Left out the ones that caused pain. 😊 Thank you BetterMe
