I am determined to reach it by June, though. Pilates exercise - didn't suit my old body but will continue to try them. Left out the ones that caused pain. 😊 Thank you BetterMe

Very challenging workouts Very challenging workouts. Much better than other wall Pilates apps that I've tried. I truly believe I can lose the weight if I follow the program every day.

I finally received a refund I finally received a refund for a purchase I made in error. I requested a refund 2 minutes after I realized there was an extra greater charge. The Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly.
