The BetterMe App! The BetterMe App has not only been very helpful but has also been a great resource for reminders on logging and working out! I’ve only just recently started using this app and it is so easy to navigate and the workouts are fun and not too overwhelming if you are just starting out! I wish everyone else luck on there way of a Better Self!

The company doesn’t cancel your… The company doesn’t cancel your subscription. Even after email was received that confirmed my subscription was cancelled, they just charged me again next month. This is border line fraudulent. I’m jumping through hoops to get them to cancel my subscription. If you subscribe then be prepared to stay on.

Unauthorised wallet charges Scammers!!!!! On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization. I finally received a refund I finally received a refund for a purchase I made in error. I requested a refund 2 minutes after I realized there was an extra greater charge. After several emails back and forth with my explanations and their attempts for me to keep the service with a free gift, I received a refund. Thank you 😊

The Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. Shout-outs to Parker, Jade, Anna & Lucy for their stellar customer service, and a shout-out to Better Me for hiring & training their employees extraordinarily well! Thank you. This is the type of company I would be thrilled to work for and represent. Excellent service everyone!
