Good quality content I didn’t end up sticking with this app for long but I recommend everyone to give it a shot. The content is well made and in addition they have very friendly and responsive customer service in case of any issues or questions.

Great company, great app, great results & great customer service! Not being a fan of the gym i tried this app at home. It is fantastic and something i am actually doing daily, just 15 minutes. You have charged me approximately $150 You have charged me approximately $150. I called to cancel the app because all I want are your workouts no food plans no coaching know anything else. I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

Very challenging workouts Very challenging workouts. Much better than other wall Pilates apps that I've tried. I truly believe I can lose the weight if I follow the program every day.
