GBThe Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. GBStarts with old people getting on floor , not always possible I was not aware that a lot of the exercises had to be done on the floor , I thought wall pilates were more standing than laying as a lot 60 + year olds get on the floor they can't get back up at least to start out. The app is fine.
