GBI finally received a refund I finally received a refund for a purchase I made in error. I requested a refund 2 minutes after I realized there was an extra greater charge. After several emails back and forth with my explanations and their attempts for me to keep the service with a free gift, I received a refund. Thank you 😊

GBGreat company, great app, great results & great customer service! Not being a fan of the gym i tried this app at home. It is fantastic and something i am actually doing daily, just 15 minutes. Its easy to follow and if you need help, BetterMe reply quickly. Really want to thank Sierra who has given me amazing customer service :-)

GBI thought I was more disciplined in… I thought I was more disciplined in keeping up with the exercises but I fell short. I did find the exercises useful for an early morning stretch and the calorie tracker was great as well. What caught me by surprise was the ongoing increased price for a monthly charge which I was not aware I signed up for. My original intent was to try the app once and then decide to re-up???

GBBe more accommodating Enjoyed slowly moving into exercising every day, felt good the first week. Then life happened & no time to exercise. It felt like your time was all there was. Hopeful you changed that. A computerized exercise program could be more accommodating?
