Good quality content I didn’t end up sticking with this app for long but I recommend everyone to give it a shot. The content is well made and in addition they have very friendly and responsive customer service in case of any issues or questions.

Starts with old people getting on floor , not always possible I was not aware that a lot of the exercises had to be done on the floor , I thought wall pilates were more standing than laying as a lot 60 + year olds get on the floor they can't get back up at least to start out. The app is fine.

You have charged me approximately $150 You have charged me approximately $150. I called to cancel the app because all I want are your workouts no food plans no coaching know anything else. I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

Great Customer Service and Support Unfortunately, due to severe health issues, I was unable to start this program. However, the team at BetterMe was kind, understanding and extremely supportive of my situation. They refunded my full payment with sincere apologies and wished me well.
