On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization. This app has made it easier to… This app has made it easier to understand what goes into keeping weight on. It helps formulate an exercise plan that isn't too difficult, but still challenges you to push yourself in order to meet your goals.

I thought I was more disciplined in… I thought I was more disciplined in keeping up with the exercises but I fell short. I did find the exercises useful for an early morning stretch and the calorie tracker was great as well. What caught me by surprise was the ongoing increased price for a monthly charge which I was not aware I signed up for. My original intent was to try the app once and then decide to re-up???

Great company, great app, great results & great customer service! Not being a fan of the gym i tried this app at home. It is fantastic and something i am actually doing daily, just 15 minutes. Its easy to follow and if you need help, BetterMe reply quickly. Really want to thank Sierra who has given me amazing customer service :-)
