Great company, great app, great results & great customer service! Not being a fan of the gym i tried this app at home. It is fantastic and something i am actually doing daily, just 15 minutes. Its easy to follow and if you need help, BetterMe reply quickly. Really want to thank Sierra who has given me amazing customer service :-)

Be more accommodating Enjoyed slowly moving into exercising every day, felt good the first week. Then life happened & no time to exercise. It felt like your time was all there was. Hopeful you changed that. A computerized exercise program could be more accommodating?

The Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. Very challenging workouts Very challenging workouts. Much better than other wall Pilates apps that I've tried. I truly believe I can lose the weight if I follow the program every day.
