I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

Very challenging workouts Very challenging workouts. Much better than other wall Pilates apps that I've tried. I truly believe I can lose the weight if I follow the program every day.

Affordable and a good work out I’ve been shopping for an affordable app with exercises that are easy to do but deeply work my muscle groups, this one so far has been really great. Plus the music is soothing or fun and not annoying, and the videos are actually helpful unlike many apps like this.

Great Customer Service and Support Unfortunately, due to severe health issues, I was unable to start this program. However, the team at BetterMe was kind, understanding and extremely supportive of my situation. They refunded my full payment with sincere apologies and wished me well. That’s the kind of company with whom you want to do business. Kudos!
