INUnauthorised wallet charges Scammers!!!!! On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization. GBThe Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly.
