Good quality content I didn’t end up sticking with this app for long but I recommend everyone to give it a shot. The content is well made and in addition they have very friendly and responsive customer service in case of any issues or questions.

Great company, great app, great results & great customer service! Not being a fan of the gym i tried this app at home. It is fantastic and something i am actually doing daily, just 15 minutes. Its easy to follow and if you need help, BetterMe reply quickly. Really want to thank Sierra who has given me amazing customer service :-)

You have charged me approximately $150 You have charged me approximately $150. I called to cancel the app because all I want are your workouts no food plans no coaching know anything else. I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

Unauthorised wallet charges Scammers!!!!! On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization. Please initiate a refund process on this to avoid future delays. Custom Plan #4501SKI3 Case ID: 9105786

Customer service is super fast… Customer service is super fast excellent and efficient. I changed my mind about my purchase and they came up with solutions, i did not like them, so the gave me the full refund i requested for. Very polite and professional. Thanks.
