Affordable and a good work out I’ve been shopping for an affordable app with exercises that are easy to do but deeply work my muscle groups, this one so far has been really great. Plus the music is soothing or fun and not annoying, and the videos are actually helpful unlike many apps like this.

The company doesn’t cancel your… The company doesn’t cancel your subscription. Even after email was received that confirmed my subscription was cancelled, they just charged me again next month. This is border line fraudulent. I’m jumping through hoops to get them to cancel my subscription. If you subscribe then be prepared to stay on.

Great Customer Service and Support Unfortunately, due to severe health issues, I was unable to start this program. However, the team at BetterMe was kind, understanding and extremely supportive of my situation. They refunded my full payment with sincere apologies and wished me well. Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly.
