There are millions of women out there including me who believe the advertisement of BETTER ME app and other similar who are lying to women by putting SILICON in their ass to look sex & we all fell for it & bought their workout program...FRAUD APPS DON'T FELL FOR IT

Customer service is super fast… Customer service is super fast excellent and efficient. I changed my mind about my purchase and they came up with solutions, i did not like them, so the gave me the full refund i requested for. Very polite and professional. Thanks.

BetterMe Wall Pilates & more My meal plans were helpful & you don't have to follow them explicitly. I gave an unrealistic goal so didn't reach it on that date. I am determined to reach it by June, though. Pilates exercise - didn't suit my old body but will continue to try them. Left out the ones that caused pain. 😊 Thank you BetterMe

You have charged me approximately $150 You have charged me approximately $150. I called to cancel the app because all I want are your workouts no food plans no coaching know anything else. I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

Great Customer Service and Support Unfortunately, due to severe health issues, I was unable to start this program. However, the team at BetterMe was kind, understanding and extremely supportive of my situation. They refunded my full payment with sincere apologies and wished me well. That’s the kind of company with whom you want to do business. Kudos!
