I thought I was more disciplined in… I thought I was more disciplined in keeping up with the exercises but I fell short. I did find the exercises useful for an early morning stretch and the calorie tracker was great as well. What caught me by surprise was the ongoing increased price for a monthly charge which I was not aware I signed up for. My original intent was to try the app once and then decide to re-up???

You have charged me approximately $150 You have charged me approximately $150. I called to cancel the app because all I want are your workouts no food plans no coaching know anything else. I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

The BetterMe App! The BetterMe App has not only been very helpful but has also been a great resource for reminders on logging and working out! I’ve only just recently started using this app and it is so easy to navigate and the workouts are fun and not too overwhelming if you are just starting out! I wish everyone else luck on there way of a Better Self!

Unauthorised wallet charges Scammers!!!!! On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization.
