GBThe Very Best Customer Service EVER - NOT EXAGGERATING! Customer service at Better Me is TOP-NOTCH. No robots responding here. No automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question(s). Every reply was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every representative paid close attention to MY questions and responded to MY exact issues, point by point, every time. It took a few messages back and forth until I had my account figured out, but I was never frustrated that the customer service representative wasn't reading carefully or replying thoroughly. Shout-outs to Parker, Jade, Anna & Lucy for their stellar customer service, and a shout-out to Better Me for hiring & training their employees extraordinarily well! Thank you. GBAffordable and a good work out I’ve been shopping for an affordable app with exercises that are easy to do but deeply work my muscle groups, this one so far has been really great. Plus the music is soothing or fun and not annoying, and the videos are actually helpful unlike many apps like this.

GBBe more accommodating Enjoyed slowly moving into exercising every day, felt good the first week. Then life happened & no time to exercise. It felt like your time was all there was. Hopeful you changed that. A computerized exercise program could be more accommodating?

BEGood quality content I didn’t end up sticking with this app for long but I recommend everyone to give it a shot. The content is well made and in addition they have very friendly and responsive customer service in case of any issues or questions.
