On April 28, I received an email with a discount code for 80% off and began a subscription with 36 AED and payment authorization through my Apple wallet using face recognition from my mobile. Once payment (36.00 AED) is received, begin the onboarding process via the web rather than the mobile app, and unintentionally pick the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. At this point, I hit the back button and chose the skip option, while the money(149.99 AED) was charged automatically without wallet authorization. I received a very nice email saying my subscription has been updated. I will receive no more charges, but have full control of the app. I open the app and they want me to start all over again and sign up for a subscription after you told me I didn’t need it. Please advise.

This app has made it easier to… This app has made it easier to understand what goes into keeping weight on. It helps formulate an exercise plan that isn't too difficult, but still challenges you to push yourself in order to meet your goals.

BetterMe Wall Pilates & more My meal plans were helpful & you don't have to follow them explicitly. I gave an unrealistic goal so didn't reach it on that date. I am determined to reach it by June, though. Pilates exercise - didn't suit my old body but will continue to try them. Left out the ones that caused pain. 😊 Thank you BetterMe
