Affordable and a good work out I’ve been shopping for an affordable app with exercises that are easy to do but deeply work my muscle groups, this one so far has been really great. Plus the music is soothing or fun and not annoying, and the videos are actually helpful unlike many apps like this.

Good quality content I didn’t end up sticking with this app for long but I recommend everyone to give it a shot. The content is well made and in addition they have very friendly and responsive customer service in case of any issues or questions.

I thought I was more disciplined in… I thought I was more disciplined in keeping up with the exercises but I fell short. I did find the exercises useful for an early morning stretch and the calorie tracker was great as well. What caught me by surprise was the ongoing increased price for a monthly charge which I was not aware I signed up for. My original intent was to try the app once and then decide to re-up???

Great Customer Service and Support Unfortunately, due to severe health issues, I was unable to start this program. However, the team at BetterMe was kind, understanding and extremely supportive of my situation. They refunded my full payment with sincere apologies and wished me well. I finally received a refund I finally received a refund for a purchase I made in error. I requested a refund 2 minutes after I realized there was an extra greater charge.
