An issue corrected quickly! I made a large purchase and was sent the wrong items in duplicates that was suppose to be different colors and sizes. However that is not what i received. I contacted them and sent photos. To my surprise they were very quick in responding to my concerns and rectified my concerns very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a swimwear bundle for my daughter and paid $46.63 extra for 2-day express shipping so that we could have it before our family vacation. Not only did I not receive my package in 2 days like I paid extra for, but I still have not received it one month later. This is despite several phone calls and multiple emails. 2.5 weeks after placing the order, I received a message saying that what I ordered was on back order and I needed to order a substitute. I emailed several times, called multiple times (always going to voicemail) and left a message saying that I do not want a substitute. I just want my money back. In summary, I paid money, I paid extra for 2-day express shipping, they never shipped it, and they don't even have it in stock, yet my credit card was charged on the day that it was ordered.

Scammed by this company I ordered a swimsuit in 2022 based on their size recommendation. It was way too small, I returned it and got a credit. I spent the last year and a half contacting them intermittently trying to get a replacement swimsuit. The swimsuit is always “back ordered“ (even though it appears that I could just order it on the website). Customer service no longer even responds. The company owes me $99 but at this point I think they’re a scam. ETA: I have put a few warnings on Social media about this company each time they leave a response saying that they will be in touch and that this will be resolved. After posting this, I did actually get a phone call from a not very nice customer service person recently, and I asked for a refund, but she tried to talk me into accepting a completely different swimsuit that I didn’t want, and when I asked for a refund instead, she basically hung up on me. My recommendation to stay away from this company still stands

The product works super well! The product works super well!! As a swimmer who has had an incredibly difficult time with tampons Ruby Love has made it possible for me to continue swimming even on my period without having to take a week off of practice or even missing out on meets!! I have truly benefited :)

I am writing for my daughter she Special Needs. I am writing for my daughter she is Special Needs I am a widower and I take care of her I am the Father and Legal Guardian. These pads are good for protecting her, she is in all the Special Olympics activities, she develops swimming, basketball and tracks and she does not stop participating because she is on those special days. She uses the pads day and night and special clothing for swimming. She has been using them for a year and she has never had any problems.
