RubyLove has NoLove for their Customers! Please heed this warning and save yourself a lot of hassle...do not buy anything from RubyLove. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue with this company to no avail. I purchased two swim bottoms from RubyLove based on their sizing chart provided. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (they wouldn't have even fit my teen daughter). In addition, they were cheaply made (each swim bottom cost $69.99). I reached out to the company and asked if I could return them for a refund. They explained that due to sanitary reasons, I could not return them, but could send them back for store credit. They received my return on March 19th. They emailed me confirmation of this return. It is now April 11th and I still have not received store credit despite dozens of emails, voicemails and a plethora of phone calls over the past few weeks to their non-existent customer service. The canned response I received over and over again from "Clarissa" in customer service (who I am convinced is a bot), is that they apologize for the delay and they will "escalate my case to the team that handles store credit". The policy on their website states that store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. It has now been 23 days and I have yet to receive store credit. This company is a complete scam with terrible customer service and I hope this review saves someone else the headache and hassle of ordering from RubyLove.

Ann!!! Ann!! She was wonderful! They lost my order and she did everything within her power to try and get our order here before my daughter goes to camp on June 10!! We are keeping our fingers croosed!! Ann is an asset to your company. I hope you know how hard she works to keeps your customers happy!! My granddaughter loves the Ruby Love… My granddaughter loves the Ruby Love one-piece racer back swimsuit. It looks great on her, but more importantly she can swim with confidence any time. She has the solid black and the aztec print suits and enjoys them at the pool and beach.

Teen Confidence My daughter has used Ruby Love for the past few years. Being a teenager is hard enough without all those embarrassing moments!
