Customer service number Ann at the customer service department. Was absolutely awesome. She was the one shining light in my experience. Otherwise I would give this company a lower rating. Thank goodness I was able to get her to help me figure out what was going on with my order. And more than helpful.

Scammed Scammed. Ordered two bathing suits for my kid. After paying they reached out to say they had… neither. Many many phone calls and emails later I still can’t get a response or refund. The phone never gets picked up and emails get a response saying they’ll get back to me. and now - they replied on here saying to call them - but it’s all fake! No one picks up! I just tried them twice more. I’ve left two detailed messages and called at least 20 times in addition to my emails.

Feeling much better I had a recent challenge with a back order item. The company responded to my concerns and was able to provide a substitute for the item that was initially ordered. I let this one issue cloud my positive experiences I have had over several years of being a customer. I am so happy that they are still the same company with the same values as the brand I fell in love with years ago.

I am writing for my daughter she Special Needs. I am writing for my daughter she is Special Needs I am a widower and I take care of her I am the Father and Legal Guardian. These pads are good for protecting her, she is in all the Special Olympics activities, she develops swimming, basketball and tracks and she does not stop participating because she is on those special days. She uses the pads day and night and special clothing for swimming. She has been using them for a year and she has never had any problems.

Teen Confidence My daughter has used Ruby Love for the past few years. Being a teenager is hard enough without all those embarrassing moments!
