USScammed Scammed. Ordered two bathing suits for my kid. After paying they reached out to say they had… neither. Many many phone calls and emails later I still can’t get a response or refund. The phone never gets picked up and emails get a response saying they’ll get back to me. and now - they replied on here saying to call them - but it’s all fake! No one picks up! I just tried them twice more. I’ve left two detailed messages and called at least 20 times in addition to my emails.

USCustomer service number Ann at the customer service department. Was absolutely awesome. She was the one shining light in my experience. Otherwise I would give this company a lower rating. Thank goodness I was able to get her to help me figure out what was going on with my order. And more than helpful.

SKShipment incompleted, second half didn’t arrived I ordered two pieces of bikini five weeks ago. After two and half weeks I received only one piece for which I had to pay 25 EUR duty fee as I am from Slovakia, so this one piece didn’t cost me 69 dollars, but almost 100 EUR. Now I am waiting for another piece more than 5 weeks and if it arrives sometime or at least, I will have to pay another duty fee. I would never order from this company, if I knew this before.

USFeeling much better I had a recent challenge with a back order item. The company responded to my concerns and was able to provide a substitute for the item that was initially ordered. I let this one issue cloud my positive experiences I have had over several years of being a customer. I am so happy that they are still the same company with the same values as the brand I fell in love with years ago.
