Feeling much better I had a recent challenge with a back order item. The company responded to my concerns and was able to provide a substitute for the item that was initially ordered. I let this one issue cloud my positive experiences I have had over several years of being a customer. I am so happy that they are still the same company with the same values as the brand I fell in love with years ago.

RubyLove has NoLove for their Customers! Please heed this warning and save yourself a lot of hassle...do not buy anything from RubyLove. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue with this company to no avail. I purchased two swim bottoms from RubyLove based on their sizing chart provided. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (they wouldn't have even fit my teen daughter). In addition, they were cheaply made (each swim bottom cost $69.99). I reached out to the company and asked if I could return them for a refund. They explained that due to sanitary reasons, I could not return them, but could send them back for store credit. They received my return on March 19th. They emailed me confirmation of this return. It is now April 11th and I still have not received store credit despite dozens of emails, voicemails and a plethora of phone calls over the past few weeks to their non-existent customer service. The canned response I received over and over again from "Clarissa" in customer service (who I am convinced is a bot), is that they apologize for the delay and they will "escalate my case to the team that handles store credit". The policy on their website states that store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. It has now been 23 days and I have yet to receive store credit. This company is a complete scam with terrible customer service and I hope this review saves someone else the headache and hassle of ordering from RubyLove.

The product works super well! The product works super well!! As a swimmer who has had an incredibly difficult time with tampons Ruby Love has made it possible for me to continue swimming even on my period without having to take a week off of practice or even missing out on meets!! I have truly benefited :)

I am writing for my daughter she Special Needs. I am writing for my daughter she is Special Needs I am a widower and I take care of her I am the Father and Legal Guardian. These pads are good for protecting her, she is in all the Special Olympics activities, she develops swimming, basketball and tracks and she does not stop participating because she is on those special days. She uses the pads day and night and special clothing for swimming. She has been using them for a year and she has never had any problems.

Zero customer service I ordered a swimsuit and was charged $7.95 shipping even though my order was over $100. Per their shipping policies, it should have been free. My coupon code also did not apply. I called customer service several times and emailed them. I was finally was able to talk to Ann and she told me that she would cancel my order after she was unable to adjust the shipping charge or price, but the refund would take around 10 days. A couple of weeks later, I followed up and I always receive a response a day or two later that they are looking into it. Well, I received a USPS message today (nearly 3 weeks after my conversation with Ann) saying my order that was supposedly cancelled will be delivered today. I wish I would have read the plentiful negative reviews about this company before ordering. I doubt that I will ever see my $100+ again. At the time of my review, there are 516 one-star reviews. It's hard to believe this company is still in business. Do yourself a favor and order from KT by Knix. I ordered a swimsuit from them at the same time as my Ruby Love order and received the order quickly without issue. I actually needed to return one of the items and it was very easy. There is a nice return link on their website that is easy to find and use. When I submitted my return, I received a message saying to donate my item and no need to ship it back! If this was Ruby Love, I would be waiting weeks or months for a refund. Also, KT by Knix swimsuits are very nice quality.
