She also made GREAT suggestions that helped me get the best value! Also, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Ruby Love products, just as much as my family members do whom I purchase them for! We are never disappointed! We are always thrilled with performance! They have given comfort and security to my nieces. Now, their lifestyles don’t have to change because of a period. They can swim whenever, have sleepovers whenever, lounge whenever and always feel confident in their hygiene. And NO LEAKS!!! The products also save loads of money by being able to wash the reusable double sided pads! We are thrilled with Ruby Love! And want to share this with EVERYONE who has a girl in their lives.

Feeling much better I had a recent challenge with a back order item. The company responded to my concerns and was able to provide a substitute for the item that was initially ordered. I let this one issue cloud my positive experiences I have had over several years of being a customer. I am so happy that they are still the same company with the same values as the brand I fell in love with years ago.

Teen Confidence My daughter has used Ruby Love for the past few years. Being a teenager is hard enough without all those embarrassing moments! Ruby Love has given her confidence during swimming season. It's wonderful she doesn't have to miss out on all the summer fun! Thank you for creating products for women that work.

Scammed Scammed. Ordered two bathing suits for my kid. After paying they reached out to say they had… neither. Many many phone calls and emails later I still can’t get a response or refund. The phone never gets picked up and emails get a response saying they’ll get back to me. and now - they replied on here saying to call them - but it’s all fake! No one picks up! I just tried them twice more. I’ve left two detailed messages and called at least 20 times in addition to my emails.

RubyLove has NoLove for their Customers! Please heed this warning and save yourself a lot of hassle...do not buy anything from RubyLove. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue with this company to no avail. I purchased two swim bottoms from RubyLove based on their sizing chart provided. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (they wouldn't have even fit my teen daughter). In addition, they were cheaply made (each swim bottom cost $69.99). I reached out to the company and asked if I could return them for a refund. They explained that due to sanitary reasons, I could not return them, but could send them back for store credit. They received my return on March 19th. They emailed me confirmation of this return. It is now April 11th and I still have not received store credit despite dozens of emails, voicemails and a plethora of phone calls over the past few weeks to their non-existent customer service. The canned response I received over and over again from "Clarissa" in customer service (who I am convinced is a bot), is that they apologize for the delay and they will "escalate my case to the team that handles store credit". The policy on their website states that store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. It has now been 23 days and I have yet to receive store credit. This company is a complete scam with terrible customer service and I hope this review saves someone else the headache and hassle of ordering from RubyLove.
