Thank goodness I was able to get her to help me figure out what was going on with my order. And more than helpful.

Great company with great customer service I never write reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience. I had returned a couple of items for size exchange/replacement, and I had lost my tracking number. Ann at customer service was wonderful and was able to help me navigate my return issue. They are an excellent company with excellent customer service. You can actually call and speak to a real representative, which is hard to find in today’s world. Their products are high-quality, and I will be a return customer in the future. I can’t speak highly enough of this company.

Goes above and beyond expectations! Ruby love has my back! I'm going on a trip soon and I will likely have my period at that time. I ordered a special swimsuit so I could enjoy myself without worry. This is my second suit. My first suit I always get many compliments each time I wear it! Super stylish! I had to exchange my current order and the staff were so helpul! They made the exchange easy and I really appreciated it. I can't wait to try on my new swim suit and be super stylish poolside without worry. Thank you Ruby love! I have young daughters, and when it's their time, I plan to be prepared with the first time kits and all the things! I wish I had this when I was little.

I am writing for my daughter she Special Needs. I am writing for my daughter she is Special Needs I am a widower and I take care of her I am the Father and Legal Guardian. These pads are good for protecting her, she is in all the Special Olympics activities, she develops swimming, basketball and tracks and she does not stop participating because she is on those special days. She uses the pads day and night and special clothing for swimming. She has been using them for a year and she has never had any problems.
