GBScammed by this company I ordered a swimsuit in 2022 based on their size recommendation. It was way too small, I returned it and got a credit. I spent the last year and a half contacting them intermittently trying to get a replacement swimsuit. The swimsuit is always “back ordered“ (even though it appears that I could just order it on the website). Customer service no longer even responds. The company owes me $99 but at this point I think they’re a scam. ETA: I have put a few warnings on Social media about this company each time they leave a response saying that they will be in touch and that this will be resolved. After posting this, I did actually get a phone call from a not very nice customer service person recently, and I asked for a refund, but she tried to talk me into accepting a completely different swimsuit that I didn’t want, and when I asked for a refund instead, she basically hung up on me. My recommendation to stay away from this company still stands

GBAn issue corrected quickly! I made a large purchase and was sent the wrong items in duplicates that was suppose to be different colors and sizes. However that is not what i received. I contacted them and sent photos. To my surprise they were very quick in responding to my concerns and rectified my concerns very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company!

GBZero customer service I ordered a swimsuit and was charged $7.95 shipping even though my order was over $100. Per their shipping policies, it should have been free. My coupon code also did not apply. I called customer service several times and emailed them. I was finally was able to talk to Ann and she told me that she would cancel my order after she was unable to adjust the shipping charge or price, but the refund would take around 10 days. A couple of weeks later, I followed up and I always receive a response a day or two later that they are looking into it. Well, I received a USPS message today (nearly 3 weeks after my conversation with Ann) saying my order that was supposedly cancelled will be delivered today. I wish I would have read the plentiful negative reviews about this company before ordering. I doubt that I will ever see my $100+ again. At the time of my review, there are 516 one-star reviews. It's hard to believe this company is still in business. Do yourself a favor and order from KT by Knix. I ordered a swimsuit from them at the same time as my Ruby Love order and received the order quickly without issue. I actually needed to return one of the items and it was very easy. There is a nice return link on their website that is easy to find and use. When I submitted my return, I received a message saying to donate my item and no need to ship it back! If this was Ruby Love, I would be waiting weeks or months for a refund. Also, KT by Knix swimsuits are very nice quality.

GBTeen Confidence My daughter has used Ruby Love for the past few years. Being a teenager is hard enough without all those embarrassing moments!
